The hotel was booked last minute and was a good Stay, the breakfast was actually very good but it is farther away from the train station, the bathroom was nice and the manager on duty was also nice. Thank you

Its a bit far from the main Christmas market.

Cosy room, clean and the beds were very comfortable. Delicious breakfast, nice view and friendly staff.

Room was very small. Outdoor pool was cold and not as nice as on the pictures. Kids play area also needs a little improvement. Very limited dinner menu.

We stayed here while visiting family in Nuremberg. This hotel was nice and clean, had a pool, and restaurant on site. The pool was nice and clean. The restaurant a bit expensive, but food was good. The staff was very friendly. Rooms were good sized and clean. We had jet lag so this was a very comfy spot to stay up late and sleep in. Very close to Nuremberg and easy exit off the highway. Overall great value and I would stay here again.

The room keepers were truly great, only problem is that the room had lingering old cigarette smells

Great experience except the Wi-Fi. In needs quite big improvement in terms of speed. Otherwise, no complaints at all!

i lost my money around 200Euro during Feb25-27 in room 505, pls check your camera to see if someone enterred my room, since i put the sign of no-clean, technically no one shall come in. pls check your camera. complaint.

25 € for an early check in is ridiculous.

We booked this hotel on the way back from our family holiday looking at the pictures which looked perfect, but after checking in we were disappointed. The room was really small, without air conditioning, few towels, no place to put luggage and basic amenities. When asked at reception they said the picture we saw on reservation is a deluxe room which costs double. Not ideal to argue at that stage as we went tired. Nights sleep was not good as there was no air conditioning and very cramped smatroom. When opened windows due close proximity to highway there was a lot of noise. Breakfast was very expensive 19 euros per person, which does not make sense. This is very average hotel which overcharges for everything except luckily for internet. Very basic pool which is outside.
