Some maintenance needed

I thought there'd be a better breakfast.Buffet windows leak, it's not completely satisfying for the price

The place is a bit dated.

Came in for surgery at Mayo Clinic hotel is tucked way back with nothing around it. Beds were absolutely horrible rock hard definitely was no way you could sleep on them after surgery almost canceled room and booked elsewhere. Only good this was their breakfast was good

Donna at the front desk was very polite and accommodating. My first room was facing the street and I asked for a different room and the 2nd room was perfect. She knew the area very well and suggested somewhere to eat that was very close . The hotel also provides a free shuttle to the Mayo campus.

Was a better hotel than most, cleaner than most, but did show a bit of wear and tare. The room smelled damp, like wet carpet. Had a few issues with the A/C unit, it was adequate. Toilet had a leak and was not a big deal unless you walked into it with socks on. Told the front desk and he said maintenance would look into it.

This is our usual hotel for our Mayo visits. Shuttle is awesome, but hotel is going down hill. There were huge water stains on the ceiling in our room, and it was musty. My daughter has breathing issues and is allergic to mold, so we will be finding a different regular hotel in the future. Miss the old breakfast staff, breakfast was full of stale bread products.

Very nice area quiet and not crowded. Pool could have been a little warmer. Hot tub was perfect. Clean and comfortable room. We only used one of the queen beds.We will be coming back again. Breakfast was pretty good eggs and sausage could have been a little bit warmer. Overall was a pleasant experience.
