Beautiful room, which was one of the suites, very clean, spacious, quiet! Would highly recommend

Overall good. Room not cleaned first day, phoned reception and they said cleaning may not be done till 4pm - too late for room cleaning in our opinion. Bar staff good, girls who did massages were lovely and very good. Some staff in other areas not quite 100%. Restaurant menu the same every day but food good, our waitress was very efficient and sweet. Would come again - just needs a couple of tweeks

Lovely room (free upgrade to a sea view room). Staff helpful and pleasant. Food in Martello Bar very good if a little pricey.

The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. Shower head started dripping at 5am. Whilst they do not offer early check-in, a little more effort could have been made as we'd arrived on a long haul flight and wanted to rest.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean room, nice spa. Very happy overall. Bar was a bit pricey though.

Beach view. Comfortable bed and spacious room. Corridors and room very hot even with air con on. And post weddding reception super noisy. Cooked breakfast was good but the cold selection wasn’t great and the orange and apple juice was watery.

Excellent night’s stay. Room spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed spa facilities in the morning. Good choice of breakfast options - liked the new buffet. Staff friendly and helpful. We stay at the Imperial quite frequently and love the location and sea view.

Very friendly place staff I’ve always very helpful very tidy rooms good service and good surroundings and very good to see front view from rooms in front we’ve been coming there for the last 10 years. Love the face.

Lovely hotel, good location and great service.

Staff uniformly good and friendly, especially Leo in the breakfast room. Coast restaurant was nice for one night. Spa/gym facilities good - shared with non-resident club members. Disappointed the Moet bar only open over weekend. Not mentioned on website. None of the public rooms available to residents have a sea view which is a disappointment given the hotel's location. DON'T BUILD ON THE REST OF THE GOLF COURSE!

Beautiful hotel & lovely spa & great staff.

We had a lovely stay at Hythe Imperial Hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, and my room was spotless, comfortable and very well presented. What really made the experience though was the staff, such a friendly and welcoming team. The girls at check-in and at breakfast were especially lovely. Breakfast was really good, with plenty of choice and high quality food. It was also a real treat to be able to use the spa facilities and properly relax during our stay. The location is perfect as well – being right by the beach made it even more special. We would definitely return and highly recommend it!

A great find. Staff are very friendly and professional at the same time. Food is excellent both lunchtime and dinner. Our room was very good and the amenities are very good. Spa was excellent value and friendly so no complaints at all.
