Rooms are looking tired and bed was sloping to the floor. Communal areas very nice and breakfast was great

Lovely room , fantastic stay for our event at BP live . Easy walk that is 5mins away , perfect location. Breakfast very good .Our afternoon sandwiches and coffee , very good ,freshly made great quality .

Very helpful staff, clean room. Fresh smelling hotel. Breakfast is great. Only downside is the fitness suite needs a bench so you can use the weights.

Excellent customer service by all staff at the hotel and was really convenient to Go to bp pulseliterally 2 mins walk from the hotel. Breakfast was lavish too

The breakfast was excellent, wide range of food, ordered an omelette that was delivered to our table hot and packed with ingredients. We were let down by the room, could hear passing cars, and faulty air conditioning and bath plug. Was in Birmingham for a convention in The Vox, so only had a 5 minute walk around the lake. Reception and Resturant Staff were friendly and welcoming.

Room was nice , but lighting is poor for reading and TV was very low at its highest volume.

Clean room with a lake view, perfectly adequate for a couple of nights.

Quiet hotel despite being busy, very close to the NEC and BP Pulse concert venue which was great for late finishing events.

Clean and tidy hotel and room. Comfy bed and pillows. Unexpected early check in was offered when we checked about parking at the hotel before check in. Good breakfast and selection. Liked the hotel decor and overall feel. Convenient for bp pulse live and resorts world,few minutes walk. Would stay again.

The room was very clean and comfortable. We had room 330 which overlooked the lake. Breakfast options were plentiful. An ideal base for us staying over for a gig at the BP Pulse Arena.

Staff very friendly and perfect location

Room was dated, water damaged bath panel and stained sofa bed, we were woken up at 5:30am by delivery’s to the kitchen which took over an hour to unload crashing trolleys in and out of the lorry.. only to then be charged twice for our stay, once by hotels.com amd then again by the hotel !!

No double bed

Food poisoning, we both had the gammon & eggs and noted that the eggs were a bit undercooked. Next day we both had diarrhea.
