Mal cuidado y la limpieza de la piscina es horrible

This hotel was clean. I had noisy neighbors because it was the holiday weekend so I didn't mind that too much. The free breakfast wasn't my taste...waffles and cereal. No coffee maker in the room. Microwave in the room didn't work. But I was there for a different purpose, so the room worked just fine for me.

There was bugs all in the bathroom during the night time

Meh. I would not stay here again. Pillows and towels were stained or not clean. It was very loud and the whole place was humid and smelled like chlorine. We were only staying one night after a wedding, so it got the job done. Check in staff was very nice.

I booked a room for a family and they indicated there were roaches in the room. They left the next day

It was a great experience. The only issue I had, was a tiny leak running down the door jam in the bathroom. It was running onto the floor. I put the bath towel down, to contain it. It didn't last long but it happened twice, so I didn't mention it. In Room #104. Otherwise the room/hotel was very clean & quiet.

Roaches. Dirty rooms. Did not have room I booked online. Lots of loitering

My family member was in the room when the front desk lady open the door with an female prostitute and her drug dealer boyfriend-and immediately started accusing my family about drugs that supposed to be hiding in the room and mention to call the police; she was even more aggressive then the accusers- that how I know she was in with it. The next day she cover it up by make a report, saying my family members was intoxicated and was being loud . Please beware

Extremely dirty and unsanitary. Unsafe - exterior back door to building does not shut and residents that live in hotel come and go frequently. Mold stains in bathroom. Unidentifiable substance on ceilings and what can only be described as blood trails leaving down the hallway into the stairwell. Did not feel safe here and left shortly after checking in. They were very nice and did not charge us, so there’s that.

It's ok i would stay again,breakfast sucks if you would call cereal and pop up waffles breakfast

Convenient

Mrs. Connie is such a beautiful soul. She is a prime example of what costumer service is and should remain to be. I hope to see her again one day!

The staff was helpful, but the hotel hallways smelled horrible.

I would not recommend staying here. The floors in our room were sticky. Had to put my shoes on every time I got out of bed. The wall in the bathroom was dirty. The breakfast was terrible. (Frozen waffles or stale cereal) The coffee was ok. We opted for IHop!! The lock on the outside door had been torn out, and our security lock in the room had been ripped off and moved up at some time. Our phone chargers would not stay plugged in, they really need new outlets so the plugs won’t just fall out.

Poor condition

My room was nasty covers was dirty i asked for clean towels and covers and i was giving more dirty towels and covers the room was dusty

The people at the desk were nice it’s just that my room wasn’t the best room the walls we kinda dirty, my fridge was almost falling apart in the inside, also one of my lights didn’t have a light cover on it
