The sounds of nail guns and hammers from the roof being repaired early in the morning until the sunset, ruined my two night stay, my peace was shattered and my time cannot be replace. Just a horrible experience!

The room was very small and the TV was very small approx 32". The bathroom sink was dated and rusty and the countertop was cracked and in poor condition. The roof was being replaced and was very loud early in the morning. The elevator and 2nd floor smelled like marijuana and cigarette smoke. The room felt more like a hospital room than hotel room.

The hotel texted with a pre-check in option which took only a minute or so to complete so check in upon arrival was very quick, as was check out. Both staff members were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, cool, and beds were very comfortable. The hotel is currently undergoing a re-roof (no noise issues from this at all) so the pool was closed which did not affect our stay but guests were able to use the neighboring hotel’s pool if desired which I thought was great. This is silly but as a woman with long hair, I was delighted to see full size shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower. Overall, it was a great experience and an even better price.

They have TR Tempest redoing the roof, large diesel lull at my wondow and beating on roof above my room. This went on til 9:15 PM. I complained at front desk didn't do anything until I said going to call the sheriff's. The manager called and had front desk person that if I called the sheriff's they would make me leave immediately. Manager or front desk person didn't even offer me a different room away from all the noise. Called TR Tempest Roofing talked to Vice President Steven, he said that he had a job to do and whether time or others in there working area he didn't care that his men was to do whatever it took. The crew leader was rude just like the Vice President. The hotel doesn't take care of there guests. Hotel could've moved me to another room but wouldn't. Manager at this hotel is incompetent in taking care of the consumer paying for the room. Hotel didn't even offer to pay for one of the nights. Neither did TR Tempest Roofing didn't even offer to pay for the one night of disturbance.

Room was great . Cleanliness was excellent. Staff is very friendly. I didn't understand why they couldn't link my Wyndham reward card with my reservation. They said it was because I used Experian. I will probably just use Wyndham and not experian to book my next stay.

The Hotel was good, but the problem I had was guest above on the 3rd flooring loud all night. I got no sleep. The staff just apologized & wasn't going to talk to the guest, until I pressed. The noise didn';t stop, so I don't know if he ever spoke with the noisy guest. The front desk made no offer to rectifiy, I had to asked about another room option, but was told he could move me room ove over from where I was. So I had to get a couple of hours of sleep when the noisy finally went to sleep at 6 in the morning. It was the guest fault, but I feel the Hotel front desk & management could have offered a free night stay at another time at one of their hotels or something. I just got I'm sorry.

The door handle on oir door was broken. The air conditioner was disgusting, the ceiling was galling down. I was NOT happy. I couldn't believe the place had any good reviews
