couple above us arguing throwing thing at each other. Man shouting out loud while going down the stairs, slamming door foul language, he would leave things get quiet. Came back and all over again. Told kids to go play. don't know what happen to 3 kids plus dog. This was happing at 3:00am. Didn't sleep much.my friends bed makes noise every movement. I'm pretty sure cleaning person is aware of this noise since person makes bed up. I was in room 116.

The room was very dirty!! Bed wasn’t made , trash under bed and in trash can . Used soap bar left in restroom along with body hair in the bath tub. Sofa was ripped up and put together with tons of safety pins , not good when you have children. Room spent like smoke even though it was a no smoking room. Curtains falling off the wall hung by a string . Over all very very dirty, didn’t want to sleep there so we told the front office and the refused to give us a refund . I WILL NEVER RETURN THERE !

I did not stay. The property was horrible and all of the rooms were ajoined, which is not listed in the description. The ceiling was peeling and hanging down and when i addressed this with the front desk and the manager all I was told was that its fine it wont fall down. There was hair in both of the beds, the comforters were dirty with what looked like bodily fluids, and the door to one of the ajoining rooms looked as if it had been kicked open at some point. With all of these issues the manager refused to do anything about it and said to take it up with Expedia. We checked into another hotel and requested a refund from Hotels.com.

The room was clean but the bed was not comfortable. The neighbors were loud and kept me up most of the night. The walls are super thin. The bed didn’t have enough pillows for two people. Overall not great.

Everything was great except the breakfast is only cereal and coffee and juice now. Used to be a full breakfast.

Was greeted we came in late! They did give us extra pillows cause three pillows is not enough for us so they gave us 3 more. Bed was comfortable, for being so cheap I expected a run down hotel but it was actually pretty nice... Not a 4 star but I felt safe and comfortable..

It wasn't terrible. It was about what we paid for. The original woman we had checked in with was awesome. The smoke alarm had a low battery so it was beeping, my son had went to talk to the person at the service desk and he was rude about it. I'm not sure on the breakfast because we never went. It would have been amazing if the room was up to date and things had been up kept. The neighboring room always had people over with lots of drinking and extremely loud until about 2 a.m. The beds were kinda stiff.

Nice clean room. The only negative was the shower was too strong. It was so strong that the water was getting around the curtain. The entire fllor was wet when I finished. Moping up was a minor inconvience for a very good working shower (LOL)

I booked a room with a king size bed but got a room with 2 queen size beds... Other than that, overall good experience

Property was well maintained. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and professional. Price was good. Would stay again.

It is not clean. The first room smelled terribly of cigarette smoke and the second one was ok upon first glance, but unsanitary beyond the surface. The refrigerator is rusty, the toilet seat needs to be replaced, there was not a mattress cover on one of the beds and the other one was stained. The sheets were not clean, the pillows did not have covers and there was someone’s hair on one of them. The person at the desk tried to accommodate me but the entire property is quite unclean and I did not feel comfortable in staying there and requested a refund and chose to stay someplace else. I have not yet received a refund.

Great place on the water. Old school charm. Laid back.

There was a lot of permanent residents in this hotel. Beds were terrible and cleanliness not good. Our crew only stayed 1 night instead of the 8 that they were going to stay because of the conditions.

Staff was incredible we had a faulty refrigerator and they had it changed 5 minutes after we asked about it room was almost spotless and over all i enjoyed my stay throughly. The mosquitos were rampant all over rockport except for the hotel so i was very impressed

The TV didn’t work, sound, but no picture. The bed was so old and uncomfortable we didn’t get a good night sleep the entire time we were there. Every single time we moved, the bed creaked & squeaked. There was no fan/ventilation in the bathroom. A king size bed and we only got 3 small, flat, pillows. The couch was old, ripped and smelled. One trash can in the whole room next to the door. The lobby reeked of old food. The “complimentary” shampoo was already half used. I know you get what you pay for, but I feel like I overpaid. This was NOT a deal. This was robbery. We should’ve been paid to stay here. Both me and my husband are going home with severe back pain from the mattress and lack of pillows.
