Großzügiges Zimmer (sogar mit kleiner Küche). Sauber und ruhig. Schneller checkin. Sehr praktisch gelegen, Straßenbahnhaltestelle nur 3 Minuten entfernt

No breakfast, no parking, shower broken.

This is in my hometown.& I visit every year. Super convenient to the Frankfurt Airport, Darmstadt Hauptbahnhof & plenty of grocery stores & dining near by. Not to mention the staff! They're awesome

Good choice of Hotel

The stay was overall OK. We realized after unpacking that the lighting in the kitchen area did not work. We arrived on Friday and were asked to allow until the following Monday when maintenance would be available. After asking on Tuesday we were told it can’t be repaired and we were offered another room, but it was too much of a head at that point. Also we didn’t have a microwave as promised. The stay was overall OK, but I probably will choose another property next time. The hotel needs to be updated. The carpet in the hallways is stained/old as well as the carpet in the rooms.

nothing fancy, but, great value for your money. Staff is helpful and very friendly. I will be staying there three different times while I’m in and out of Germany.

The stay was pleasant. At times there was some traffic noise but with the windows closed it was very quiet. I liked the small kitchenette with the microwave, hot plates, and fridge. Makes longer stays much easier. The place was conveniently located near the autobahn to make my travels very easy.

I've been staying at this hotel when I'm in Germany since 2022. Great staff, clean & close to pretty much everything. Love it here!

Good parts: 1. The staff is very polite and helpful with info. 2. For the price I got, it was fine. Not-so-good parts: 1. Cleanliness, maintenance and comfort could be significantly improved 2. Parking is a challenge. Though the staff informed about the possibility to leave your car in the Rewe parking lot nearby, it leaves you stressed because the parking lot has boards suggesting potential towing. I left my car there overnight without having faced any challenge. 3. Breakfast is basic so don't expect anything fancy. Coffee was great though.

Excellent

The term "air conditioning" gives the impression that the rooms are air-conditioned. But they are not. At 29 degrees I would have chosen a different hotel. I consider this to be a fraudulent description on your website.

Excellent central location with easy access to tram and shops! Staff were friendly and helpful. The place was clean with extremely comfortable beds. Although the building is a little older, it does not lack comfort. This place was booked out when we stayed and I can see why: exceptional value for money!

The Room and the Bed was dirty

Parking was scarce. Some evenings we barely squeezed in a tight space for the night. Once we had to go into the overnight pay garage. You need more/better parking options.

Very noisy room, dirty mattress and blankets very limited breakfast. Check in/out was easy

Fresh towels and more shower gel/soap were not given for multiple days despite asking for this and staff coming into the room during the day

Staff was friendly enough. Room was clean and tidy. Very basic amenities. Quiet and close to the train and a market.
