The staff was amazing! Several restaurants and a bar on site, with live music one night we were there. Gorgeous views, too! Perfect stay!

It was amazing, I went to Galway for my nephew’s wedding and the wedding reception was held at the hotel. It was lovely, the food was amazing. We had a lovely time. The hotel was very clean. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The bedrooms are spacious and clean.

This was a nice hotel to stay at while visiting Galway. The staff was very nice, and even surprised us with a bottle of wine and chocolate for our anniversary (very nice touch!). The room was decent. We had a corner room with views of the water. The only problem was that the windows were so dirty, you couldn’t enjoy the view. The shower drain was always extremely slow to drain, so you were sanding in water at the end of the shower. The rest of the room was fine. They had a few dining options, a bistro and a restaurant. We had breakfast included, which was a buffet style at the restaurant. The food was mediocre at best, and probably worth skipping unless you get it included. Again, the staff was very nice and helpful. The location was nice, and away from the busy center of town. However, if you want to be within walking distance of town, I would stay closer. Again, it was a decent hotel that worked out just fine. I would have given it three stars, but the wine and chocolate sunrise in our room pushed it to four stars.

Loved that they had a parking lot, very easy to get checked in

The main problem was that the entrance doors to the hotel would not close resulting in the large foyer, where guests mingle, being extremely cold and unpleasent.

The hotel overall is very nice! When we were there, there was a fair going on right outside our window. It wasn’t nearly as noisy as we thought it would be though. The area felt very safe. The breakfast is nice as well. The air conditioning didn’t seem to work which was unfortunate.

From the moment of arriving to leaving each member of staff was caring thoughtful. Hotel was breathtaking the views of the conerrmara mountains and beach was truly an unforgettable experience

This is a lovely hotel, but it's a bit dated. Could use a sprucing up.
