The area is filled with nightclubs, and it's very difficult to sleep if you have a room facing the church. However the breakfast was amazing and the amenities were quite nice

Cute hotel, but fairly small rooms and not very comfortable beds. The song I felt kind of old and probably needed some work done on it.Great staff though.

Rooms are clean but somewhat dated. Staff is fantastic and so is the breakfast.

I liked this hotel a lot and the reception staff was very helpful. The buffet breakfast is very satisfying. The parking garage was a bit expensive.

Nice spacious bedrooms with modern bathroom

This hotel was beautiful! Our room had the best view of the Kärnan and we even had a balcony! The beds are very comfortable and breakfast was great-many options. Our only disappointment was that the sauna was broken and the sauna was the reason we chose this hotel. We loved our stay but that was a downerfor us!

Parking was very confusing and it cost me a 1000 kr ticket. And the parking spot was right in front of the hotel. They could have done a much better job of customer service.

Nice, helpful staff from Reception to Housekeeping. I did enjoy staying here, but when I checked in, I was advised the room was ready. It became apparent that it wasn’t; basics like tea/coffee and toiletries had not been replaced from prior traveller. I also found some long black hair in between the mattresses, and it wasn’t mine. The hotel provides earplugs, which is good because there’s a noisy pub downstairs on the church side. Towels a good size. Has a heated towel rack that can be used to dry clothes you hand wash. No guest / self service laundry; just a paid laundry service but no price list supplied. Location is pretty good. Generous breakfast buffet.
