Excellent hotel. Very clean and spacious. Staff were very helpful. Free parking a bonus. It is approx a 20 min walk to the old park of town. There is a regular bus if you don’t want to walk. Ate at the hotel restaurant, food was excellent.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Costabella and were genuinely impressed. Although it’s a three-star hotel, it exceeded our expectations and felt much closer to a four-star experience. The hotel is clearly investing in continuous renovations and upgrades, and it really shows — the rooms are modern, clean, and well-equipped, and the landscaping around the pool area is beautifully maintained, making it a great spot to relax. The location is slightly outside the centre of Girona, but we actually enjoyed that — we’re quite active and loved running into town and exploring the nearby trails. It’s also an excellent base if you’re into cycling. The hotel offers secure bike storage with private lockers, which was perfect for our coworking setup while we were there. The gym was the only part that felt a little dated and could definitely benefit from an upgrade to match the quality of the rest of the hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel at home. The whole atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming — a perfect blend of comfort and practicality. We’d definitely recommend Hotel Costabella and would happily stay again!

Good location everything we need and very helpful staff very good

This was an excellent place to stay- if you’re driving there’s free parking, rooms are modern, clean and staff was friendly and helpful. The prices were reasonable and there is a restaurant onsite.

Great location for Girona. Easily walkable to tbe old town. Restaurant staff very nice.

A very comfortable hotel with friendly staff, clean and conveniently located a short distance from the old town area of Girona. A great option if you have a car or don’t mind a short walk into the city. We found the breakfast to be a good value.

The rooms are really nice with a large bed, comfy linens, a big tv which you can sign in to Netflix through, and nice amenities. Downside was that I booked this hotel due to the advertised hot tub. No where on the property details did it list the fact the hot tub was a surcharge, there were no signs in the hotel and I was not told at checkin. It was only when I asked at reception why I could not open the door to the hot tub that I was told it was €7, per person for only half an hours use! I do find this excessive, particularly as a hot tub with no mention of a surcharge is listed as a feature of the hotel.

The hotel was really comfortable and all the staff were helpful. My room was lovely.

Nice hotel - short walk outside the town, but if youre happy with that then would definitely reccomend. It has excellent facilities and a premium feel to it

Great Location for a stop off on the journey from UK to South Spain. 15 minute walk into the city, or the hotel restaurant is good if you prefer to stay in. Rooms are comfortable and quiet, Would recommend! Thanks for a pleasant stay.

Quiet, modern and comfortable

Decent, but rather far away from Girona's city center. Concierge at the reception was really friendly and helped us a lot

Expensive breakfast. More a business focused hotel. Facilities were good. Small lounge. Dining options around the area in walking distance.

Perfect place to stay with excellent service

We had such a fantastic stay at the Hotel Costabella. The bed was huge and very comfortable, the black- out blinds and the quiet location also helped us get a good nights sleep. The jacuzzi , sauna and gym areas were a real bonus and good value for money too. Staff were friendly and the free parking was also perfect for our trip. Would love to come back again one day and will be recommending Girona and the hotel Costabella to everyone I know!
