Resort was nice and relatively kid-friendly.
Pros: there were several pools that were kid-friendly (we traveled with a 5 and 2 year old), with a shape end where toddlers can walk in, but also at least one adult only pool for anyone seeking some peace and quiet; there were lots of towels available for the pool, and lots of seating so long as you arrive before noon; it's right near the beach, with access to the public beach; there were several fun activities to do with kids in addition to pool and beach, such as making bracelets and seashell painting; free duck food available at the front desk, feeding the ducks was a highlight for my toddler; super close to SeaWorld.
Cons: the bungalow we stayed in could have been cleaner, we had ants in the bathroom (one day the tub was full of them and we had to call maintenance) and dirt on the floor around the bathroom counter; air conditioner in the room was very loud; our bathroom was missing a door handle on the inside, though they fixed that after we complained; there aren't too many food options and everything is super expensive, if your kids are picky they'll be eating the same thing for lunch and dinner the whole trip; if you want any rentals for the beach the cost is pretty extreme; the beach is public rather than part of the resort so there's no chairs or umbrellas for shade and you have to bring your own towels.
Overall we had a fun trip and the resort was good, but not great for the price you pay.
