We stayed two nights in the West Wing. Loved the room layout, and sitting out on that balcony reading and enjoying coffee and the view made for a great start to each day. The young lady who helped me with early check in was lovely and helpful, calling me when the room was ready after arranging to have my bag (which was stored) brought up to room before my arrival.

The view from our balcony was amazing! The private beach area was outstanding. Every restaurant we went to was very good.

Nice, clean, quiet. Best place to stay in Penticton.

Clean room. Black out curtains worked well. Clean bathroom. Tired carpets and hallway but overall clean. Odd access to pool and seemed dirty. Patio terrace very nice for sunsets. Food at bar restaurant on terrace is okay. Location in town is excellent. Beach is most enjoyable. Some shade on beach is available if desired. Lots of bars, cafes & restaurants within walking distance. Plenty of parking but not free.

The location is beautiful very convenient easy access to Lake and restaurants but room ok only thing I didn’t like is that a little small and the carpet needs to be clean thank you overall it was a good experience

It’s not a bad hotel just nothing great about it. Felt the staff needed better training on hospitality. We did not get any of the amenities offered to us. They didn’t tell us about the property or where to dine. Our room wasn’t ready and was told they’d call us when it would have been but we didn’t get a call. After waiting a couple hours we went back to them. Place is nicely located and clean. Rooms were a bit dated but not bad. TV is a 24” which isn’t a big deal but just want to note it. If you’re looking for an average place you’ll be happy. If you think this place has the “luxury” touch, not the place.

Canada Day. It was probably the best place In Penticton to stay. Very convenient. Friendly staff. Super convenient to get to everything. Might be back next summer!

Location is outstanding. No outdoor pool. So dog friendly! Thankyou! Perhaps a young local might make a business of dog watching/walking? So the dog is entertained while the owners dine. Love the walking/biking trails.

Be advised that the party on the deck can go loudly until 2:00am on Saturday night. When we checked out of our Lakeview room and mentioned the noise when asked how our stay was the Lady didn't even reply or comment. Everything else was great.

Amazing place

Nearby the beach. Easy for family trip.

We have stayed here in the past. The beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious and well appointed. The bathroom could use a magnifying makeup mirror. The sports lounge has a huge 20’ tv screen, perfect for FIFA World Cup.

Nice view, shame about the constant noise. Local bar and pathway along the front facing rooms. Lots of shouting and loud music. Don’t plan on getting to sleep before midnight.

Nice property, great location. The hotel had all the amenities! Front staff didn’t give much information at check in, but helpful throughout our stay.
