This hotel was the worst I have ever seen. I made the reservation thru hotels.com and I am waiting for the credit as we never stayed in this hotel if you can call it that. The smell throughout the building was so bad you could never stay unless you are used to this type of place.

Great staff and clean hotel!! However i felt like the a/c didn’t work great, everything was damp and the bed was a little too firm.

When we got to our room, the door was not shut all the way which mad a us a little nervous. We had a non-smoking room but when we went into the room, it smelled musty and like stale smoke. There was dirt in the drawers and some plastic trays, possibly from the refrigerator, taking up space in a drawers. We did report the issue to the front desk and they were apologetic. Room was very nice, staff pleasant and very helpful. Bed was comfortable, breakfast was good.

I felt safe in the area. That's always the first concern when I travel. It is located near to the football hall of fame and the McKinley monument.

It was cozy , clean and better than expected. Would stay again

Staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast was excellent, and rooms looked very clean, but unfortunately our non-smoking room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke (even though linens, etc, smelled quite clean).

Needs updates in rooms

This newer Holiday Inn Express is being very well cared for. The staff are pleasant and professional. Rooms and common areas are clean and kept up. I have nothing but good things to say about this property.
