Excellent service at the front desk at check in and check out. Restaurant seem to be a bit understaffed with basic foodfare however staff quite helpful and friendly.

Not all things offered are provided for long stays.

The staff went out of their way to accommodate when needed.I can’t say enough of how lovely & so very helpful they all were in my time of need. The whole experience @ the Melia was excellent & will plan to stay there again later this year. Certainly will recommend the Melia Lima to my family & friends.

I love how the stuff treats you with extra respect and kindness everywhere in the hotel. They are helpful and do their best for last minute requests.

Good and comfortable

The stay was very nice and the staff is always excellent. I was a little bit upset why I was charged $500.00 a night for a couple of the nights we were there. I am a recurring customer. Also charges to room service are not clear of what is being charged.

Property is located in a strategic area for business.
