Great place

Clean place. I just feel like they need to upgrade beds.

From the pictures it looked decent, once I got to the room it was not well maintained. You couldn’t even close the front door easily my husband had to push all of his weight into the door with his shoulder. The bathroom door didn’t close either, the room had a musty smell to it. I didn’t even feel comfortable taking a shower the only thing that was positive was the beds seemed to be clean with clean sheets and mattress protectors.

The overall condition of the hotel seems to have deteriorated from the kast time we stayed here, which was two years ago. There were several leaks, the pool was unavailable (which if we had known about prior to our stay, we would have attempted to find something different), a majority of the interior rooms were unavailable.

Good hotel for the money

They let us make the reservation then had to wait 2 hours to check in because they wouldn’t let us do to us bring 18, even though the reservation said you only had to be 18. Also, the pool was broken the entire time. Staff was terrible too.

This place smelled horrible and the place look very dirty and old.

One of our beds was broke

You get what you pay for. Bed was comfortable and clean. Bathroom wasn't the cleanest. There was still hair on the floor. Air conditioner was really loud but helped drown out sounds while we slept. Just had to turn it off when we wanted to hear eachother talk. No hot water the morning we left. Breakfast was good. Biggest disappointment is they closed the pool early and I ended up with a very sad little girl that I promised could jump in the pool real quick before bed.

Smell like mold no hot water the sheets were dirty

The bathroom door had a hole (punched) and the hotel lock was broken. Not safe place to stay.

We stayed in a “back busy” separate from the hotel but it was still clean and nice.

Our accommodations for my husband's disability was treated seriously and they took good care of us. The room was clean and pretty comfortable, the bathroom was small and was difficult for my husband to use comfortably. Overall though, it was a good hotel, with a nice indoor pool and good breakfast buffet.

No elevator

I love that there is an indoor pool and the breakfast was amazing!

The entry door was missing paint, the carpet was stained, and the room smelled horrible. We asked for a refund and they offered their "best" room at no increase in charge. We went to their "best" room and it was the same. We left fearing for our health.

The heater was very loud.

The heater was broke in our room, the place is dingy and smelled like chlorine due to the pool being in the center of the rooms. Staff gave off a creepy vibe, so when the heater didn't work we didn't even want to go talk to them about it, bundled under blankets for the night and left that morning
