Overall - we had an excellent stay at the hotel, and will come back for sure. However, one thing took the entire experience down at the end. Saturday morning Sep 6, a strong sewer stank/smell started to come up from the drain next to the bath-tub. Although we notified the staff multiple times about it (there must have been a stoppage or clog), nothing was done about it, which was a bit disappointing. This problem lasted continuously until we left Monday morning Sep 8. Hence, it would actually be appropriate to discount the last two nights entirely, and also give full frequent stayer points. Good rooms, even if not very recent. Very good breakfast like in all Scandic I have been. Maybe a bit more warm welcome like in other hotel would have been a plus. Anyway good hotel, I advise it.

Excellent few days in Stavanger. Hotel very close to city centre with nice park with small lake just across the road. Very spacious room. Breakfast was excellent. Free coffee machine in reception. Friendly and helpful staff.

Located at a very nice place close to downtown Stavanger. Great breakfast and nice staff.

The hotel is a short walk from the bus station and central train station. The hotel had no AC and the weather was warm but we were provided with an adequate stand fan and we opened the windows fully. There is a limited "early bird" breakfast at 6 AM, which is adequate for those that have an early train or bus. We were not able to avail of the regular breakfast due to an early train.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel, especially the evenings in the bar area with drinks and games.

Nice hotel. Located close to the port and shoping. We walked mostly everywhere we went in town. Not the best parking but a pay parking it is fairly close to the hotel. Great if you are planning to be in town or have activities planned at or around the port. They DO NOT have laundry facilities they need to update that. They only have services. Breakfast is good so dont skip that. All in all enjoyed the stay.

This property is a hidden gem within 5 minutes walk to the city center with lots of shopping, dining and things to see and do. Elise was particularly helpful at the front desk. She recommended several good restaurants and her suggestions did not disappoint! The included breakfast was also very good! I would recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

Nice location

Best breakfast I have had anywhere. Many healthy options and on weekend, we had caviar. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Close to train station and bus terminal, very convenient. The room is very spacious.
