convienent and comfortable

Great location near great food and shopping. I thought it was going to be noisy on the lower floors, and it was only ambient noise. The room was clean bright and comfortable. If you have a under 6'3" vehicle there is underground parking. Breakfast is busy after 830 am, but still has options. If you go before that the breakfast room is mellow. I would definitely stay here again, convenient and restful.

Our stay was great. Staff is super courteous

We would stay at this location again. Very friendly staff. Full breakfast is complimentary with great options! The beds were soooo comfy! It felt like the King bed was a California king? There is parking on site for a fee (outside and underground)- worth the cost for extra security in my opinion. The location is downtown which goes without saying, there will be noise and typical evidence of an at-risk community. And truthfully, quite mild compared to other large cities. We have two young kids and we felt safe in the neighbourbood- the hotel is only a few blocks from lots of shopping/food.

The bed was comfy and the service at the front desk was quick and easy.

We stayed in room 1140, a spacious two bedroom suite. Room was clean with a well stocked kitchen. Room service every day (something we hardly see anymore in Ontario post COVID). The staff are extremely friendly. Breakfast was wonderful. Very secure, everything must be accessed by key card: outside doors, elevators, breakfast area, business centre, etc.

The free breakfast was good, cleanliness was bad, we found a 2 pcs of very hard french fries under the cover, informed the front desk personnel, she blamed it on us, telling us that it might be on our end because no one eats in the room. Hiw did she know? She did not even apologize and literally telling us that it’s on our end that ther was a french fries under the cover.

Hotel had recently been redecorated. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Good variety of breakfast items. Convenient to where I needed to be.

We had a very comfortable stay and the little kitchenette was a great bonus to our room!

Trendy part of Calgary, Best Western Plus Suites hotel has very nice suites. Restaurants,Shopping,fuel station 2 block away,Casinos close by. Great place for business,vacation,its all available at the Best Western Plus Suites downtown Calgary.
