The staff is very very nice.

Great value budget hotel. It's not the newest or fanciest but they make regular upgrades (I've been coming here about 5 years when I work in Waco) and I see what they've added or refreshed each time.

The clerk that greeted me was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything worked as it should.

Convenient to hwy and shopping.

Management has a careless attitude which is toxic. Poor communication with guests regarding time when breakfast for coffee and donuts begins and ends. No signage in the lobby. Poor value with just coffee and donuts for “breakfast.” Customer service vibe is poor.

What I like about my stay was the receptionist was really nice and polite also I like the shopping area around hotel which is within walking distance

We needed to add an extra day and the lady working was super helpful. I wish I remembered her name!

Clean comfortable and friendly staff

As expected, but room was filthy. Bedding damp with musty mildewing smell. Asked for extra pillows, none provided. Noisy. Just spend the extra money and go somewhere nicer.

Hotel was very clean. We went with friends and never heard anything through the walls. I would stay again here. Not really any breakfast but the room was clean and I felt safe.

The room was ok, clean but what did it for me was the room smelled like old cigarettes. Like it used to be a smoking room. The only way to get rid of smell is to prime the walls and paint. All my clothes in suitcase smelled after we left. If it wasn't for smell it would have been descent.

Check in was simple & quick. Our room was clean & smelled wonderful. Beds were nice & comfortable. Highly recommend.

Everything was suitable and clean. Front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. Site was quiet and felt safe. Convenient to local restaurants and shopping. The only criticism I had was that the room was highly perfumed and super cold AC was running. Didn't seem like the perfume needed to cover up anything, once I aired it out a bit it was fine.
