Such a nice stay with very helpful staff!

I enjoyed my stay at Ibis styles Marquês de Pombal. The hotel is conveniently located close to sightseeing options such as the Hop on Hop off bus. It is a short walk for shopping options and Restaurants. My room was comfortable with all the amenities but I could hear the people next door coughing! The breakfast was good and the staff pleasant.

Hotel front desk staff were very welcoming! Staff from what I've seen was great. Hotel is very crammed up in terms of space. The room itself was not too bad in terms of size. However the biggest complain I have was the fact that you can hear everything from the room beside you. My bed was probably was sharing the bathroom wall from the room next door, I can hear the shower running loudly and also hear when the person next door was using the toilet. Not pleasant.

Property is on a busy street but closing the windows shuts out almost all the noise except when the country is celebrating the national football championships on the street in front! Hotel staff was great. Breakfast buffet was abundant and very good. Rooms are pretty big and comfortable with a great mattress and desk. Shower was excellent! We’d definitely go back!

Very clean friendly staff location is very convenient

It’s a Ibis, so I wasn’t too bothered by the leaking shower or the infrequent room service. Still, it was quite annoying to have a iPhone charging cable andthe chocolate Easter egg from my daughter taken from my room.

Clean, staffs are friendly. Easy to access interesting points by public transportation.

Thoughtful gesture of cake in my room for my birthday was a highlight. The room was clean and close to transport links. We ate in the hotel one night and the food wasn’t amazing. Overall nice hotel with good links to transport, well maintained and clean.

Clean modern hotel at value for money prices. Breakfast provision very good. Evening meal limited choice but not overpriced. Metro nearby- five stops to the centre or a 30 minute walk. Safe neighbourhood. Park Close by. Would definitely stay here again

Just what you would expect from an Ibis Styles, modern and well equipped. Spotlessly clean. Location good for the centre if you are capable of the 20 minute flat walk.

Nice little hotel for a short stay - close to the subway to the subway to go straight to the heart of the city.

It's the second time I book a room at this property, and will book on the future as well. I loved the friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of the rooms. When I got to Ibis to check in, I was greeted by Luana, she provided amazing customer service and she was super lovely with great energy.

The room was small but tastefully done. Good breakfast in the morning and perfect location - walking distance to everything. Staff very helpful and kind. A great hotel at a great price.

Comfortable beds. Rooms serviced daily. Very clean and good shower. Good quality for a budget hotel. Downside the lifts are very small and bar not well stocked.

The staff at this property was very friendly and was always eager to provide us with assistance in planning our daily activities. The rooms were spacious and clean and the hotel was well located. Our only main complaint was that the rooms were so warm that we felt that we were in a continuously operating sauna due to the fact that the ac was turned off for thhe season.

My friend and I stayed here for a city weekend break-away, the location was so good for transport and so easily to get the centre of the city. Hotel itself was cosy, big, and we loved the rainforest touch themed across the hotel lifts and rooms. All staff were so friendly too and they had luggage hold.
