Friendly front desk always willing to help with suggestions on dinner and transportation.

Cathy at the front desk made our stay even better than expected, she was super clear, friendly and nice to chat with. She easily helped us with the valet, Jose and guided us to some local restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom looked recently remodeled which was very nice. I would book here again at the Anacapri if I return to Granada. You are walking distance from everything - especially the wonderful.

Super convenient! Near restaurants, sites everything

Great location in the center of everything. Front desk staff was wonderful. The family room was different than the pictures. The parking situation was horrible, difficult, complicated, and expensive.

Excellent location and the staff are very good. We arrived in Cordaba early in the morning and the staff handled the storage of our luggage perfectly.

The location is very convenient, and lots of good restaurants. They checked us in earlier than the checkin time, and let us stored our luggage after we checked out. Very nice place to stay during our trip at Granada.

Below average.

Very hard to get to. No parking unhelpful front desk. Driving to this place is a nightmare and the was no valet service when they expressly said there was one. Front desk staff told us we should have come in July instead of October. Very unhelpful staff. Front desk gave us options of parking but couldn’t guarantee a spot until we got angry then she sent us to another guaranteed spot which was excellent! Overall an unhappy experience for us! The city was lovely and very busy and on the whole friendly but I would not recommend this hotel !

Terrific location. In the middle of everything, yet somehow quiet and comfortable.

Overall all good. Perfect location, close to everything. Room is not spacious but enough, typical Eurpoean size. All liens are customized with hotel names, superb.

Immaculate little hotel tucked up a side street, very close to Plaza Nueva, Cathedral and the Guinness Bar. Room super clean and comfortable, there was an additional single bed in the room, great extra space and somewhere to have open suitcases.
