The Hotel did not provide the facilities for the price I paid for one night stay. Room had bare minimum amenities and the breakfast was very basic. It's a big hotel chain and we booked it because of it's reputation. We were disappointed.

Quiet and clean. We had reserved for a few people yet rooms got one set of towels and AC was not working. Not many staff speak English. Overall good.

Nice small quiet pool area. Restaurant expensive. Expensive uber to city 19euro

After a long day of driving, this was THE perfect spot. Staff was amazing - at the counter or wherever they happened to be.

Excellent stay, quite, modern and convenient

2day stay , nice pool , hotel showing age,dinner very average, breakfast ok , but on last day ,they cleared breakfast buffet before 10:10 when we came down !(10:30 official finish)Very poor breakfast service. Typical edge of town , motorway hotel.Poor customer service.But convenient en route.

Nice place 5 minutes from the city center

It was a good road hotel to spend a night. Soap containers empty, did not refill for our check in.

In a good position having easy access to the motorways. Ok for a couple of nights as there were 2 reasonable restaurants nearby plus the Novotel restaurant. Very quiet during the day. Nice swimming pool.

It’s a really decent hotel for an overnight stop. Staff were friendly, room clean and breakfast was good. On-site parking was fab. Would definitely stay again!

With the confinement due to COVID, we were able to get diner served in our room. The diner was tasty (get the duck) and plenty for us; cooked in the hotel’s kitchen. Prices are reasonable for a hotel, about 20-25€ per person. Breakfast wasn’t as stellar, but included in the price, and also served in room. Parking is free, if you can find a space. Amenities were the low point. Bed was comfortable but sofa-bed was very hard. Probably okay for kids but not for an adult. Small TV. Bathroom was decent but not mind-blowing. Frankly, we felt a little let down by the room, given this is a 4-star hotel (there is a swimming pool). However, the staff was nice, the food a pleasant surprise, the bed comfortable, and if you are visiting and don’t need a sofa bed, or only for kids, it’s good choice.

We were passing through with our pet from Mallorca driving back to the UK The man on reception couldnt be more helpful when we desperatly searching for somewhere to stay last minute. Best night sleep i had in ages, lovely comfy clean rooms! will definetly stop again as we pass through regularly.

Novotel are always very comfortable, with lovely spacious rooms. Everything you need for a great night's sleep!
