Very friendly staff and comfortable stay.

Nice hotel (well one of the few places to stay) so no choice. Far from town but next to McDonald’s. You can walk to town in 30 mins.

This hotel is located within 5 minute walking distance from the railway station. Quiet, squeaky clean. Great breakfasts.

The hotel doest feel like a 4 star hotel. Room looks and feels a 3star , pillows are very thin. The carpet is very old, and the door i stayed in does not shut properly, you have to put a bit of force and check it is shut. The good side is the staff are very helpful and welcoming.

Amazing staff, they will assist you in everything. However, the hotel does not feel like 4stars.

Very nice stay , arrived very late after a long drive, the gentleman at reception was very welcoming, helped me with the translation of the covid form and gave me a kettle to make myself a hot drink ( the tea making facilities in the rooms are temporarily suspended due to covid) would definitely stay again

Staff mostly non-english speaking despite this being a branch of international chain. Non-english menus, no english instructions, the description was not matching the hotel standard - no information about lack of kettle and tea/coffee making facilities in rooms - this is due to COVID but though hotel had information available for other aspects of stay, this was not included. No safe - this is not even listed on official website. Poor menu choice - again most likely due to COVID, but would be nice to have this information available. Staff nice, but long wait to get acknowledged and served.

Clean hotel with good facilities as one can expect from Mercure. Very friendly staff and good wifi. Rich breakfast and a great plus that you get also dinner for free if you have booked your stay with breakfast. The hotel is also very close to the Greifswald Süd train station. I will definitely stay here again.

Comfortable hotel, quiet neighbourhood, truely excellent buffet breakfast. It does host a lot of coach trips, this means the lobby is busy at times, but the staff are super-efficient and it's quiet in the rooms. Convenient for Greifswald Sud rail halt.

We were staying 3 nights. Allocated a room beside the lift. We could not be changed the first night as the hotel was full but we were moved the next day without any fuss. Breakfast was excellent if a little pricy at €15 per head.

Very solid hotel with everything you need. Located in the suburbs of Greifswald this hotel is very quite and relaxed. Provides everythings you need, e.g., free minibar and newspaper. Prices for restaurant are moderate. Staff was friendly. Overall a good experience.

Hotel is very organized and efficient. Staff are helpful and the room is great. The hotel is easy to find and situated in a good location - close to stores and MacDonalds.
