The staff was lovely, the bed and pillows are very comfortable. The road noise is surprisingly quiet, but bedroom doors are quite loud. Shower pressure is a bit weak but does the job.The hotel doesn't have a restaurant so you get a voucher to eat at the nearby food places, which is helpful. Unfortunately, the iron to steam our clothes was not available anymore. The access to the hotel is a bit complicated: if you follow your navigation, it will make you use the motorway and do a back and forth. But there is an access the hotel without going through the motorway, look for road D225 out of Nemours.

Room was clean and comfortable. Reception staff were helpful.

Pet friendly

It served its purpose very well in spite of a smell of cigarette smoke in the room. Duvets were very heavy. Convenient for motorway.

It was convienent to hwy if that is what you wanted we didn't. Room was large for france and bed king size very nice so was bath with coffee and tea with good price only complaint was gap under door allowed small amount of light from hall at night and noise in 5-7 am when people leaving

Overall feeling is this poor hotel needs a makeover. Bathroom ceiling panels hanging and you can see the wiring. Very dusty too.

The staff was so surly, one would think it was a Paris restaurant, but the worst thing was the lousy wifi. After a budget hotel meets the basic criteria -- clean enough, safe, convenient-- if the wifi doesn't work, it's useless. I'd never stay there, nor in any other Kyriad, again, just because of the lousy wifi connection that I never actually got...

Excellent petit déjeuner. Hotel pas facile à trouver quand on vient de Paris sur l'autoroute A6, car l'ère s'appelle ère de Nemour et non ère d'Arvaud comme indiqué dans l'adresse. Je suis donc passé tout droit et ai dû sortir de l'autoroute et la reprendre direction Paris.

Pas de clim, petit déjeuner terrible, chambres pas propre, beaucoup de choses qui ne fonctionnent pas.. De plus l'établissement m'a demandé 4.65€ de taxes, alors que j'ai déjà payé de taxes de séjour lors de la réservation sur hotels.com

It is good to stop-off for a night while traveling a long distance.

Un très bon hôtel avec des chambres très spacieuses notamment pour les PMR. Je recommande.

Si on n'arrive pas par l'autoroute, pas facile de trouver l'accès à l'hôtel. Il serait bon de donner le plan aux voyageurs qui se rendent à l'hôtel via la route. Sinon, chambres propres, petit déjeuner copieux, personnel disponible.
