The hotel itself is beautiful and within walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The staff on reception were especially friendly and helpful and arranged restaurant reservations for us and checked ahead with all these restaurants to make sure they catered for gluten free. The restaurant within the hotel is definitely worth a visit, the tasting menu was absolutely stunning and the staff again were so friendly and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommended staying here and we will definitely be coming back.

Very expensive for the area. Some very nice hotel features (modern lighting/fixtures/etc). Very expensive for the area (which seems a bit run down). The hot water wasn’t working in our room. The parking is on the street for 20 Euro. Most restaurants are closed on Monday.

The pictures of the roof seating are misleading - you would assume there's a roof terrace but there isn't. Great service, relatively basic rooms - not very good showers

The hotel and its staff are excellent and the breakfast was outstanding. Staffing levels were really good. This is a very well run establishment.

Newly refurbished hotel, very modern and esthetic, very comfortable rooms and bathroom. Like in many hotels the shower water pressure is very disappointing. The staff was very polite, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with great verity but they charge extra for omelets and that, together with charging for bottled water is the only point of dissatisfaction we have.

My husband took me here for my birthday. The staff was warm and welcoming and went above and beyond to make my day special. It was wonderful! They upgraded us and the room and view were spectacular! We loved the shower as well. I HIGHLY recommend this beautiful hotel!

Nice hotel, very clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Access to beach not fitting with the hotel standards.

Clearly states air conditioning. Air con was set at 25 degrees. Set it with a minus 3 and temperature stayed at 25. At night it went from 25 to 25.4 while it was 21 degrees outside. Hotel told me they would fix and didn’t . Was told that they set it at 25 and people seem happy with this. Now the manager is trying to say that I was shown how to work the air con. 1. No one showed or explained anything 2. I am an experienced traveller and I know how to operate an air con unit.

This hotel is beautiful, chic and super clean. It looked brand new. The staff was so accommodating. We arrived on one of the carnival days and despite no parking anywhere, they allowed us to use one of the the hotel’s designated spots and moved our car nearby when a spot opened. The room was sound proof. The decor and lighting were modern. The bed was very comfortable. It was a wonderful stay, I wish we had stayed longer. The hotel is about 1 block from the carnival parade route, so you could not see from the windows or balcony clearly. However, we visited only for one night so we could experience the carnival floats. They were amazing as well. I wish we had stayed longer.

Amazing hotel fully refurbished, great Jr. suite, great service. The only thing that could have been better is the window insulation, we could hear every noise from the main street, impossible to sleep late.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Fantastic design, delicious breakfast, funny small things in the room — a recipe by the hotel’s Cheff on a pretty paper, pretty drawings on the key card ... Just probably a bit too tiny rooms (311 and 302 — I presume the lowest category ) and very noisy — 311 — because of the airco from the outside — when windows are open. Highly recommended

Near to cafes, restaurants, the port ( for fresh fish lunches), the wheel. Nice comfortable hotel, with excellent award winning restaurant.

Building beautiful, location excellent and the staff were amazing, unobtrusive but so friendly and helpful! Great as it is but understand it is under going a refurb later this year so will likely be even better.
