The stay was very pleasant, however the breakfast arrangements need to be overhauled. The very personal ordering service is excellent, but the wait( in our case 38mins) for the hot food to arrived is unnecessary. Thankfully we were in no rush so the wait wasn’t too much of a problem. However, on previous occasions when on a business trip I’ve had to leave before the food arrived so I could attend a morning meeting on time. Please look at changing the breakfast arrangements as many of my colleagues refuse to stay at this hotel for this very reason.

Deluxe Club Double Room very large and comfortable. Always stay at Malmaison when stopping in Birmingham. Hotel very modern and well designed.
