Staff was very nice and helpful!!!

Excellent staff!

We stayed here when visiting the Christmas market. It’s about a 20 minute walk or a tram ride away. Overall not bad. The breakfast was ok but a little overpriced for the options they provide. The only thing I’d say is the hotel felt a bit isolated. Not much around it and when you enter at any time of the day there are barely any people around. We also found it took a long time for our room to warm up. But overall a decent place to stay.

My group of 4 stayed here. Great location and friendly staff. We had a wonderful time. Thank you to Olga and Zsolf at the front desk who were very kind and helpful. We would definitely recommend staying here. ❤️

They had a room when our other hotel was closed when we got there

Great location within walking distance to the central station and city centre. Staff were very friendly and the room was very comfortable and clean

Internet and Air Conditioner were hit and miss. Room was the standard Ibis type. Staff were helpful but for a large hotel, wifi and air con need to work properly.

Staff were nice and helpful. It was very difficult to find a spot to park to check in. Very small bathroom. Room was on the smaller size but still okay. The bed did not have the crevice down the middle, which was nice. View was good and hotel is within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. First night was a weekend and it was pretty quiet. The second night of our stay they put a couple with a young screaming baby in the room next to us and it woke up every two hours to scream for about 20 minutes each time, so we didn't get much rest. The closest entrance to Old Town is by the red light district, so may not be good for families. I also woke up with allergies (stuffy nose and throat, swollen eyes) both days, and that only happened at this place, so I'm not sure if that's an issue with their laundry detergent/sanitizer, bedding materials, pet dander, or dust mites.

Excellent value and what you'd typically expect at an Ibis. Would have appreciated some tea making facilities in the room however.

Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed, and a lovely view of the old city's walls.

Enjoyed my stay. The hotel is clean, the rooms are comfortable, the staff are friendly and it is close to the city centre. We got a quiet room and got an excellent sleep (and I rarely sleep well in hotels).

Value for money

The hotel was conveniently located to restaurants and mass transit. The employees were very helpful in every way. The room was quite small, but the bed was comfortable and it was clean. The breakfast was very nice, but had the same thing every day. It would have been nice to have more of a variety of hot food daily. All in all, a nice stay for the money.

Great location you're right next to the old city town, they also have an enclosed garage for your car. Everything is within walking distance.

It smelt a little musty. Apart from that it was fine.

Stayed in mid-October. Despite the warm weather the air conditioning was "switched off for winter", so the room was very hot. We were advised to open the window. Lucky for us we had a room out the back - if it was on the main road it would have been very loud. Hotel is in need of renovation. Location is decent and staff helpful, but would choose another hotel next time.

The guy who check me in was rude. And tried to tell me i had no reservation, wanted me to pay again. I was there for an hour after i made my reservation before he said oh here it is. I wouldn't have minded to pay again, but they dont issue refunds and they didnt have my reservation.
