Usual Ibis standards, although the rooms here looked a little more tired than others we have stayed at. Public area was fine, friendly staff and good breakfast. The 15% discount voucher for the restaurant next door was welcome and we enjoyed our meal there.

Great stay at Ibis - Chalon-Sur-Saone. Good value for money, comfortable room, delicious breakfast and most friendly staff who made us feel welcome at all times.

A decent low budget stopover hotel, with sufficient parking available, and discounted access to the Courtepaille restaurant sharing its location (food is formulaic but good and service is good). Amenities are ok. Some social distancing measures taken, but as IBIS tend to be fairly small hotels, it won’t feel as “safe” as some other bigger hotels.

The sign to the hotel was not as clear as it could have been but the reception was straight forward and slick. The hotel was clean and well positioned with a good restaurant close by with a good choice of food -15% discount for hotel residents. There were no tea making facilities, but we had our own kettle and tea bags. A good choice for an overnight stop.

Perfect stay for a stopover - close to the motorway

Have used this hotel as an overnight stopover several times. It is always comfortable and clean, staff are courteous and helpful and the facilities good.

Lovely staff. Super clean. Very comfortable beds (and I'm picky). Great showers. 9/10 French breakfast! Rooms are small but who cares.
