The room was clean and well appointed. I liked that I could walk to a restaurant or a bar in a few minutes. The people were pleasant and knowledgeable.

The Mercure of Saint Lo is in a great location. It is easy to walk the city. The staff is friendly and proactive. The room was clean.

Convenience and walkability

Good be location and good hotel. Only criticism would be service. The breakfast area was not prepared when we went down late for a breakfast as a coach party had just left. We had to sort our own table and somethings had to be requested. They appeared to be short staffed!!

I had business in St-Lo and the surrounding area. Hotel Mercure was perfect for that reason. It was easy, clean, quiet and had a bar for a quick drink.

Great stay except I woke up every night sweating like crazy. Room was cool. Not sure if it was the mattress or pillows or duvet. The night before in Belgium and afterwards at an HIE in Paris (airport) and no sweating.

Great for business trip

Nice hotel, free mini bar full of alchahol free drinks, topped up daily. Coffee machine also in room, bed was very comfy, was a bit annoying that the toilet was desperate to the shower room/sink and no air con but apart from that very nice clean room. Free parking and average WiFi. Really easy walk to local restaurants across the bridge too.

Good location, nice views. Would have appreciated a few more high fibre options on the breakfast table.

Enjoyed every bit of my stay in Mercure St Lo. Closeness to the Gare St Lo as well as the Notre Dame church and the Saturday market was awesome. Nice and lovely staff, good menu and excellent hotel rooms.

Room similar to the town, disappointing and dated.

This hotel offered a very small room without air conditioning. When we arrived, it was 90 degrees in our room due to a west exposure and a large window left uncovered. The toilet is not separated from the rest of the bathroom. Very noisy location. No place for suitcases etc...

A great location to have a base to explore the Dublin area.
