I loved this hotel. Great location in downtown Montreal. Comfy beds, clean and the rooms are pretty big! We loved everything about it!

The hotel is ideally located for shopping. It is quick walk to St. Catherine street and two minutes to Simons. We enjoyed breakfast each morning at the hotel's restaurant, Le Boulevardier. Both good food and great service. We also had some terrific assistance from the concierge, Juliette. We would definitely stay again.

Great cleaning staff. Very considerate and thorough.

Need to improve room clean. Staff communication needs improvement. Slippers need to change for guest comfort preference, not environment only, really uncomfortable wearing it like wear nothing, bare feet on the floor…

I still need to speak to hotels.com about the misleading information about the room being for three people without an extra bed needing to be brought into the room. However the hotel was excellent. Classy and clean and the room was structured with vintage and modern design. Very artistic. Great location as well, 6 min walking to the underground city and Canada goose and st Catherine street with unlimited stores. Enjoy!!

Great rooms and courteous staff.

The room was beautiful and included a swinging chair - very cool. Not much of a view but otherwise excellent. Our bed and bathroom both were very nice. Wish the bar downstairs was bigger and more fun - it has a very limited menu and was generally deserted. Valet service was quite slow as there were some traffic disruptions.

If you’re looking for a clean, friendly, well-located, Canadian-owned hotel… you won’t go wrong with le Germain. The Boulevardier restaurant on the second floor was quite good too.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. The rooms are stunning and super comfortable. The hotel staff is really helpful and polite. The location is fantastic and we loved our stay. The only thing that disappointed us a little is that we put our room cleaning sign up every day, but only had one cleaning throughout our stay.
