The room was spotless. It was very quiet in room 418. Was great having Ricky’s on site.

Staff poor

We booked a room in town for our valentines day only to find out when we arrived that they do not allow locals to stay at there hotel! That needs to be made known in the listing! We where very disheartened as everywhere else was booked up.

Clean and staff are great

Clean room, great beds and pillows, free parking. Overall a great experience

Great breakfast

Extremely expensive. Bare minimum in room. Room cleaning was bare minimum. Asked for sheets to be changed during our 4 night stay and still were not changed. Old smell. And you can hear everything from other rooms.

Terrible

We stayed for a BMX race in Abbotsford. The room was clean, and comfortable beds. The staff was willingness to allow us to bring our bikes into the room for safe keeping was a major plus. Looking forward to our next stay.

Room was clean, bed was big and nice & comfy. Good sized tv. Fridge did not work, but didn’t need it anyways. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was really good. Will definitely be staying here again

Clean and welcoming

Great continental breakfast and very good location if you unfortunately have someone staying in the Abbotsford hospital. The room with the kitchenette was perfect for our stay, very roomy with good amenities

I am happy because they called me and returned my medicine which I forgot in hotel room, but overall I am not that satisfied with the services of hotel, they didn’t provide water on the day of arrival, and their breakfast is similar for both days, bathroom shower was not working properly. They have to do some improvements for guests.

Courteous staff, clean room and fast check in. Was given. Erin the farthest away from the lobby in another building. No coffee available there and in the main lobby the machine was under maintenance so not even hot water. Had to catch a 5 am flight so had to trek in the rain quite a distance outside to get to lobby.

We only stayed a short while since we had a very early morning flight but the room was very clean and the hotel extremely quiet. The staff at the front desk were welcoming and helpful.
