This is a very lovely hotel. I had a spacious, clean, and nicely appointed room. The staff were all very cordial and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was outstanding. The hotel is convenient to a water taxi stop and is near St. Mark’s Square.

Hotel Saturnia is a unique and beautiful hotel to stay in Venice, it located in a very convenient place for us to visit all the interesting points, it also surrounded with name brand stores, unique local shops and nice restaurants, yet very quite even in the day time, short walking distance to San Marco Square and water bus stations, the breakfast was wonderfully served, I love their testing coffee, delicious croissants and fresh hand squeezed orange juice, the staffs were amazing and friendly, one morning I needed fresh coffer to bring to my room before breakfast served time, the lady greeted me at the door, and go out the way helped me to bring coffee along with croissants to my room, so appreciate her service. The manager - Alexander heard I had questions about my room when I checked in, he immediately solved my concern, the room we stayed Quadruple room was spacious and luxury, it was a plus to this unforgettable 4 days 3 nights trip in Venice. Front desk staff was very helpful

In this tour I stayed four cities each one hotel. And felt this is the best place i stayed for this tour (maybe in my whole life). Though internet connection was not something high speed, even such as point makes this hotel charming. Here, at every moment I felt I am in a real historical space. All the staffs were friendly and kind. Their breakfast was nothing but awesome. The location is the heart of this historic town. This is the loveliest hotel in the loveliest town in this world.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The service was excellent. All the staff were very polite, attentive, and helpful. The room was decent size for the two of us, and very clean and comfortable. The hotel is walking distance of many sights, and the water taxi back to the airport was a quick 5 minute walk. We highly recommend this hotel!

Very nice, close to everything

Amazing hotel and loved our stay. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and fully equipped. Breakfast had a good selection. Fantastic location, and felt quite even though it was centrally located. Would definitely stay again!

Very clean and great staff.

Saturnia Hotel was a fantastic experience. Not only the location is perfect for moving around the main areas but there are a lot of dinning options nearby. The hotel also has a very fun bar and highly rated restaurant. The staff is amazing, they treated us like friends and family. I guess that is what happens when the property is also own by a family and they pour all their passion into it. Our room (a Junior Suite) was in an excellent location with a view of the canals and perfect sound proofing and design. Me and my wife were very pleased, a big round of applause to the Saturnia Team !. We will be coming back.

Easy to access from water taxi. Close to many important features of Venice. Connecting bar and Resturaunt were very good. Breakfast, area and meal were Excelent. I will stay here again when visiting Venice again. Staff were exceptional!

Hi, I did not like the room at all. The bathroom was moldy and with ants. Also, the bath tube wasn't practical for a young child. I will never book this hotel in the future.

Very Central location close to Piazza San Marco without being in the thick of it. Quiet at night but located on well lit street. A clean and comfortable room, air conditioned (needed for the night we were there) Superb breakfast offerings. Excellent customer service. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a fabulous 4 night stay here - great location, lovely hotel and the staff were brilliant too! Can also recommend the cocktails at the bar as a perfect way to end the evening! Would recommend and would stay again next time we come to Venice.
