The breakfast options on the buffet could have been better. They ran out of scrambled eggs.

Breakfast was good. Room was clean and spacious but a little dated. Staff were helpful and kind.

Nice hotel with good facilities although no a/c in the rooms, also restaurant/ bar doesn’t open until 18.00.

I was in this town for a special weekend event. The Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful even though I don't speak German. It was clean, quiet, and a safe place for a woman traveling alone. The little zoo across the street is, also, a treat to enjoy!

We are happy to choose this Hotel!

Overall it was great. The only thing that bothered me that it took them a week to fill the disinfectant bottle in the Gym.

Outside noise coming from the water being pumped out to the street was annoying

Der Empfang war dürftig ein Hallo, Ihr Name und brauche eine Unterschrift. Zimmer war OK, keine Minibar zur Verfügung wie beschrieben, kein Duschmittel und Brause war völlig verkalkt, Seifenspender beim Spühlbecken ist defekt inkl. Radio im Bad. Das beste kommt jetzt es hatte keine Fernbedienung für die Klimaanlage der Grund Sie ist defekt und das im Sommer. Man warte auf das OK vom Eigentümer das die Reperatur gemacht werden darf geht gar nicht und dann bietet man dieses Zimmer auch noch Gästen an!!! Wir hatten drei Reklamationen ausgesprochen bis wir ein Upgrade bekommen haben, dass geht gar nicht. Wenn ich in ein Hotel kommen erwarte ich einen freundlichen Empfang usw.und nicht das man noch zusätzlichen Ärger hat. PS: Auch im zweiten Zimmer stand keine Minibar zur Verfügung die Brause verkalkt und der Abfalleimer im Bad war auch defekt!! Alles in allem die zweite Nacht war wenigstens angenehm dank der Klimaanlage!!

Booked this room specially for the Ac/dc concert. Location on the venue is approx 5klms away from Hockenheim Ring. The Room was very Spacious, Large lavish breakfast buffet, Reasonably priced Bar. Ample Parking Space. Very friendly and Helpful Staff. Wifi was a little iffy but i guess thats cause the hotel was full and everyone qas using it.

As expected

Lovely quiet hotel, very convenient for the A5, with great amenities - properly pet friendly! Stayed one night whilst travelling south with my pet rabbit: the pet-friendly room we were given was ENORMOUS. Lovely and comfortable, and with plenty of storage space. Didn't try the spa because we were exhausted, but a morning trip to the fitness suite proved very productive (the available equipment was excellent). The breakfast buffet had lots of choice, and the food quality really was top notch. Town of Reilingen itself is lovely: we stayed on a Sunday in off-peak season, so it was even quieter, but we found a great evening meal in one of the restaurants we were recommended by reception.

Dirty and old hotel. Room was spacious but basically no one cared about us. They gave the room with a smile and nothing else. No welcome beverage. No water to drink in the room. The condition of the bathroom is max 2-star and the whole hotel is more 3-star, definitely not 4.

Nice simple hotel with a good restaurant.

Nice hotel, clean and spacious room. Well worth the stay. The glitch was in Expedia during booking stating you would may get a VIP upgrade and a free drink. When you arrive there is nothing of the sort by the hotel....no mention of the VIP nor the drink. Expedia should drop the misinformation and just provide a good rate for the hotel room. The hotel room was good - the Expedia communication was not!

Good place to stay

Rooms were very simple, not 4 star grade. No minibar or refregiator, no airco, staff at reception was not very friendly.

This was a weekend away with family attending an athletics event in Mannheim. So, the location of the hotel was perfects and we found the amenities including their services ideal and user friendly.
