Stopped here because of a storm. The room was acceptable and bed linen was clean.

It was so deity I didn’t check in

We entered room #207 and looked around and found bloody towels behind the side chair next to the window. Needless to say we did not stay! This creeped us out so ABSOLUTELY no we did not want another room. We were offered another room but politely declined. They said we needed to be refunded by Expedia and haven’t heard back. Sadly, this was an awful experience. The desk clerk got an attitude and treated us as if this was our fault. Please refund us the money. It’s the right thing to do.

I always go to Red Roof Inn and never am I disappointed

Always very friendly staff and there if you need anything

There were dirty socks on our floor, TV screen was fuzzy, and ice machine was inoperable with cobwebs inside it.

Place is in terrible shape.

Cheap and clean

The room smelled musty ok you get what you pay for I know no biggie there. I check in at 4 drop a bag and left 5 minutes in there come back tv doest and see the hair on towel. I ask to change rooms nothing available so refund my stay won’t do a full refund I said I was in room 5 minutes then clerk says she can’t check me out only manager can Really? So then call her manager says no full refund so now I’m going to dispute everything totally rude manager unacceptable service and I had witnesses to the conversation over clerks phone who agreed . SMH Stay away

Easy to get to frm the high, but not so easy to get back on highway. Handy to restaurants. Breakfast not good for diabetic.

Let me start by saying the only reason we didn’t walk out after seeing the condition of the room is because of the amazing young man that greeted us! I believe his name is Dante’. He is the only bright spot in that place. The mattress pad had a huge stain on it, the sheets had what appeared to be dried blood and some other dark stain on them. The ceiling was cracked, the bolts on the back of the toilet were disgusting and filthy…dirt, dead insects and hair. The bedside chair looked like a coal miner had sat in every night for month! The arms were black and the cushion was filthy! The beds were hard as a rock and it felt like sleeping on plywood with sheets on it. We checked out at 4:30 am because it was just so uncomfortable that we couldn’t sleep. Dante’ was exceptionally friendly, swapped our room when we realized the first one was on the 2nd floor and gave us several extra towels. He was fantastic and deserves a raise! I do not recommend this place at all, but Dante’ deserves a raise!!
