All amazing

Comfortable and clean accomodation, great location for accessing city centre and san siro stadium. Also on site parking was v helpful for an early morning drive to Malpensa airport. Staff were very helpful even after we left, when I thought we’d lost an important item, I contacted the hotel and they made every effort to find it (turned out it was actually buried in our suitcase all along, but I was v impressed at the effort they made)

Clean room, friendly and professional staff very close to San Siro Stadium. Nearby metro walkable distance, would highly recommend this hotel if anyone’s planning on coming to Milan

A little far from the center but still reachable by metro. Good space for 3 of us and a big bathroom. Felt safe for three women.

I came to Milan for a conference, and the hotel was well located for that (just a block away from the conference center and a metro stop). The hotel was clean and everything worked in the room, and the staff was helpful at checkin and very friendly. One minor negative: there was some road noise and wind-related noise during a storm that woke me up at night. Earplugs worked great but were unnecessary most nights.

Enjoyed my short stay here in early November. The location was fantastic for my needs as the hotel is just 2 mins walk to the closest Metro station and 20 mins walk to the San Siro stadium. I found the hotel itself clean and presentable but is starting to show it's age a little in places. My room was spacious and had everything required for a short stay. There was a comfortable bed, ample fresh towels, plenty of storage options, a really handy small fridge/minibar, good WiFi, and more than enough plugs/charging points. The bathroom in my room would benefit from refurbishment, the shower was very slow to drain and the whole bathroom a little tired and rough around the edges. The staff I encountered were very helpful and multilingual which was big help as an English speaker with a limited Italian vocabulary. Overall I found the hotel to be as expected for the number of stars and price per night. Not outstanding but not bad either. Would stay again.

The room was good - beds were clean and comfortable and we didn’t need much else since we were only staying for one night. In the evening it was pretty noisy as some people on our floor met up in the hallway and had a get together in one of the rooms.

Lovely hotel, well valued, near the M5 Metro Line. Staff were great, if a problem arose they fixed it immediately.

Super nice staff. Our room was clean and comfortable. They have a little store in the lobby for cold drinks and snacks which we appreciated. They are close to the metro to ride to the center of Milan. We are traveling by bicycle and this hotel had secure parking for them.

it was fine. but the AC settings in the room don't actually lower the AC. It was 90 degrees in Milan and our room felt like it was 85 degrees, even though the setting was much lower.

Shower is dirty, old and moldy; and not draining Asked to switch room, was told not available until the second night. In the morning I was told to wait around. We had a full tour schedule, so I asked to fix the shower drain instead. But when we returned at night, the shower was still not fixed. So I had to take shower in the pool of dirty water. All the clerks at the reception desk for all the days, don’t care about this inconvenience and problem. HORRIBLE HOTEL

Staff were friendly, breakfast was great, and I'll definitely stay here again!!

Its super well located, wither tren or bus stations are close. Different post offices are close and many tourist are near.
