I love that we were able to check in early with no additional charge. I didn’t like that there’s never anyone at the front desk when you called. Didn’t like that they do not clean your room unless you request for it to be cleaned before 11am-again no one at the front desk, the phone just rang and rang. I requested for our room to be cleaned after the third day, they came in and took out our trash, refill our toilet paper. One of the beds have a stained sheet and after they “cleaned” and made the beds, the stained sheets was still there. Had me second guessed if the towels are actually new.

Our room was clean, however there were several areas that needed to be fixed. A lot of it was in the bathroom area. Too much rust and caulking. Replace these blemishes. You have metal trim around the door with a lot of rust. That's to be expected with metal door trim. PAINT IT! That and the caulking tells me that there is too much moisture.in the bathroom. The carpet had a stain in front of one of the beds. We were only going to be there one night but I want it to be clean and fresh.

The facility is well located. The rooms are large and comfortable. I was disappointed with the bathrooms. We had to move from our first room to another room due to noisy occupants. The staff was very accommodating. The bathrooms need to be remodeled and/or updated. The tubs and enclosures are old. The grout was moldy in places, discolored, and cracking. The toilets are very small and so low that they are difficult to use by elderly or someone with bad knees. Otherwise, everything else was very good.

Our room was a pet friendly room but we could tell certain things weren’t clean like the couch in the room had fur on it. You can see where a previous pet had torn up part of the bed frame and bathroom sink. I had my dog with me and he kept sniffing at the curtain which tells me another dog must have urinated on it and I doubt it was changed and cleaned. The food was good but they allow homeless people to park their vans in the lot and come in and get food too which I think is nice but two girls came in half dressed literally wrapped in a sheet and I had my son with us and I don’t think it was appropriate. We only needed the room for a few hours since we were traveling to Washington but over all the hotel got the job done I guess

Plumbing, HVac noisey and heavy feet above and noise of neighbora easily transmitted thru ceiling and walls. Room clean but worn.

It was basically a bed to sleep in.

Older but nice. I had a very large room with a king bed and couch. It is clean. Bed is comfortable. Staff is wonderful. Parking was easy. Only thing was there was no floor lamp or any lamp beside the couch, where I would sit and read. There’s an overhead light but it isn’t adequate. I asked and they don’t have any floor lamps. The fridge is a welcome surprise because it’s 4’ tall. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff was nice, but a lot of items were in disrepair. Wall AC broken so a freestanding AC with a large vent running out of the window replaced it. We requested a different room and received an upgrade but the TV and Lamp were not working in the upgrade room. It was old...no USB ports. Shower tile and carpet was old and stained or dirty. Usually Comfort Inns are very nice.

Easy room access

Room wasn't clean. Hairs all over bathroom. Looked like it hadn't been vacuumed.

The property received good reviews for cleanliness and condition, and both were poor in our experience. Our room did not appear to have been cleaned, though the bedding did appear clean. There were stains on the carpet and multiple uncleaned surfaces, as well as noticeable damage to the bathroom doorframe. The toilet was dirty, slow draining, and became clogged from a small amount of toilet paper, necessitating a trip to the front desk to retrieve a plunger. There was also some sort of rune marked on the inside of the door in an unknown substance.

Not good. Directly above us came lots of noices throughout the night. Notified staff and little was done. TV remote did not work
