Nice hotel very well located.

Não porta de acesso do estacionamento do hotel para parte interior do hotel. Voce precisar sair do estacionamento na rua. Pra entrar no hotel. Um absurdo. Alem disso, o check in eh super lento e ineficiente

After arriving from the airport late, and paying for a room in advance, we were informed that there were no rooms available. Despite paying for the room, they’d given it away wi the out any notice or explanation. They were only able to accommodate us because another guest checked out about 12:30am while we were waiting for them to resolve. Unacceptable.

Always hot and humid weather. Not everybody’s cup of tea. But beautiful and lush environment.

I do not pay parking, shower acumule wtwr inside the box. No DRAINING
