Hotel beach was murky with crocadiles. Lobby music was left on all night and we could not sleep.

Close to airport. Convenience store near by. Restaurants and shopping a short drive. Staff was super friendly. Shops on premises. Breakfast was amazing! Very nice gym. Plenty of pools.

Beautiful property with fantastic pools. Beach area is just ok. Lots of good restaurants that are walkable. Easy 5 min ride to and from the airport. We would definitely stay again.

I liked the staff and how polite and attentive they were. I didn’t like how the staff never bother to mention the iguanas in the property and I how they are in and out of the pool, although they were not aggressive, I feel that it should have been stated or at least given a heads up before the check in. I also did not like the many different charges for different amounts and at different times and when asked for an explanation, the answer was not clear, typical, “glitch in the system”. Would I stay there again, probably not because of the inconsistent and unclear charges. But the staff was amazing, so that’s a plus for this place.

Wonderful property at the right price.

Overall stay was great. We loved our room, and the staff was friendly from front desk to bartenders. Room service was quick and efficient. I didn't realize the property was split into two which came to my surprise when we got there. Seems like its two different resorts now. The westin made our experience very memorable.

The pools are must when going Puerto Vallarta

The hotel is beautiful and the pool area is amazing. The staff is amazing!! We had an issue with our AC not cooling properly and we called the front desk and they had someone working on it within10 minutes. They offered us another room until our AC was repaired but we loved our second room so we stayed. The hotel even gave us a $180.00 credit! Everyone was very accommodating and attentive. The only con is the breakfast buffet. For the price they offer minimal choices and the eggs in the buffet are powdered eggs, so we had to order them from the cook to make sure we got fresh eggs. Also very heavy meats with no sides were offered during breakfast. Daily menudo, pozole, shredded chicken to go with the chilaquiles, chorizo con papas etc., would’ve been better traditional choices. I also recommend the hotel invest in a mini mart, we had to leave the hotel to get daily snacks and drinks. We will definitely be returning!!

Far from being a 5 star. Do not book thinking it’s a 5 star. Property needs lots of work. Room are remodeled however the property and amenities are below average

This is a stunning hotel with tons of beautifully landscaped walking paths and space to relax by the pool or the beach. The staff is incredibly friendly and catered to all of our needs. The couples massage at their spa was incredible! Highly highly recommend staying here and venturing out to try some of the local foods in PV if you don't need an all-inclusive.

We were excited to visit Puerto Vallarta but disappointed in the Westin. The staff was wonderful. But Everything in the hotel was an inconvenience. Hardly anything was open as far as restaurants and by the time they do open you’re already gone out to town. . There is no store like other hotels if you wanna get snacks/drinks for room or if you need soap, toothpaste, etc… iguanas everywhere which is a beautiful thing but not in the pool and their poop every even in the poo! it was just not we expected for the amount of money we pay. Will not visit that resort again.

I like the new look in the lobby , I also like the remodeling in the rooms , especially in the bathroom , service in the breakfast area was a little slow this time.

Loved our stay! The food was impeccable, staff was super nice, and the view from our room was incredible. My husband I enjoyed our stay immensely. It felt like we were coming home whenever we got back from sightseeing. The area was nice, quiet, and felt magical at times. Were definitely plan to come back again and bring our kids for a family trip!

The Westin was a nice resort to stay. Rooms was clean . pool was nice. This is the only resort i will probably stay. The location is in walking distance for shopping and good food. If you stay there eat at the lighthouse in the marina 36 restaurant and bar.. can't wait to get back to pvr.
