Well known hotel by now, stayed here several times. Consistently pleased

Lovely, quiet place to take a break

Enjoyed our stay in a picturesque part of the countryside

Great stay I wanted a clean bed shower and a nice dinner I got all thank you.

Very nice hotel. Looks a little dated on the outside, but very nice inside, with many renovations completed. The bed was small however comfortable. Best part was the heating which worked very well, helping me recover from being under the weather for a few days. Enjoyed a great dinner at their restaurant, very nice atmosphere. And much praise to the front desk staff who were so helpful - thank you. Easy to reach by bus number 8 from Nijmegen central station. Overall, very enjoyable.

A little out of way need transport to go to thecity but the staff and the overall place was comfortable

The toilet was complete brown on the inside. Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in ages. The shower was broken, had to hold the shower head. Water temperature was fixed. Unable to adjust. Rooms were old and run down.

We actually had to leave after staying one night due to flies in the room. Their solution was leaving a dangerous electric fly swatted out where my 5 year old could get it. I’m disappointed because the surroundings were truly lovely. What a disappointment. Also, Expedia had this under properties with air conditioning (one of the reasons we booked it). Don’t be fooled—no air!

Very friendly pleasant staff gave a good welcome, my only moan would be getting the furthest room away with was quite a challenge through corridors and a broken life, the building seemed to get dayed and less maintained the further away from a lovely reception area

Very relaxing 2 night stay. We chose a ground floor room with a patio along with a full size mattress.

Very nice location within all the trees. Hotel lobby and dining area very nice. However the room was small with only a single bed and it also smelt like cigarette smoke. The mattress may have done it’s time as well…very soft and sags in the middle. Great parking. Good breakfast. If I was to come back, I’d definitely go for a double room (or however they term it) to get at least a double bed.

The staff were very helpful even when I had made a mistake with the booking.The room was comfortable, clean and worth the stay.

The hotel was wonderful, we got upgraded to a better room. The staff was very helpful and super nice. The restaurant was beautiful and the food was delicious.

The hotel needs urgen refurb, its a crime to charge such prices per night for rooms in current condition

The room smelled horrible like piss, because of that we deed not sleep well at all, the curtains had holes en so deed the bed, the hotel is very poorly Maintained, de carpets true out the hotel are very dirty, I accidentally took an accessible room and it was not possible to change it. When I check in I was told that breakfast started at 8 am but it starts at 7:30. If I deed not ask about it in de morning I would not have known. Because I had to leave at 8 so I ordered a lunch pack bewaar that seemed like the only option. So overall a horrible experience. Don’t recommend this hotel The only thing I liked was the the view from the restaurant.

Very nice location and the room was very comfortable. Would be nice to have tea facilities in the room as well. Kitchen closes quite early as well but the people serving in the restaurant were very accommodating.

Beautiful park and view to hills and forest. Silence on the balcony, only birds sing. Excellent choice to relax just 10-15 minutes from Nijmegen city center.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff despite the hotel overall being under-staffed and apparently rather poorly managed. It would have been very welcome to have had the promised coffee machines in the rooms and a bar that was staffed. Cleanliness could have been better. We got the feeling that the staff are left to get on with it with very little management support. The hotel would hugely benefit from an update and more visibly supported staff. We cannot emphasise enough how great the staff were despite the circumstances.
