The hotel is located on a street with good restaurants and very centrally located. The rooms are more spacious than normal hotels. Only down side is the Valet Parking which is nearly double the price of other hotels in the area

This hotel used to be the best in town, politicians and celebrities that used to visit Joinville would stay here. I had last stayed here in 2007. The staff was friendly and helpful but, at least the room I stayed at in the 3rd floor, was extremely worn down and in desperate need of updates. The bed was clean and comfortable, but everything else needed to get severely updated. Also breakfast was very weak with a lot of flies/bugs on the fruits and cakes.

O hotel é bom, mas as condições do quarto poderiam ser melhores, considerando o padrão Mercury. Tratava-se de quarto antigo e onde houve reforma, foi mal feita.

Room was very nice and I liked the place. I was just a bit surprised when after breakfast and parking the cost was about $75 up from the $54 advertised on the site. Felt like it was a little bait and switch.

The Good - The hotel staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Everyone I spoke to was fluent in both English and Portuguese. The hotel breakfast had lots of good options. The gym had a good amount of equipment. The rooms were a nice size and very comfortable. The cleaning team was quick but thorough. The Bad - The pool was tiny, and every time I ordered room service it took well over an hour to get there. Sometimes it took 2 or more.

Kinda old with an appearance of modern. 2.5 stars on an American standard. Friendly staff. Bed was pretty good. Great location. Overall just enough to say, “decent”.

Great experience beginning in the check-in with staff people. Breakfast with a lot of option, including fruits, breads, cheese, cereals, juice, etc.

Nice room, good service, centrally located

One of the best things about Mercure Prinz is about comfort: the have big rooms, with good beds and good pillows, much more than other hotels (including some rated better than it). Also location is pleasant, near mall and good restaurants. This hotel is always my first option in Joinville.

noise from the fridge noise from the lights noise from outside the window. Do you know the noise you hear when some of these fridge/lights/air conditioning are from post II world war? They should have the decency of giving you some earplugs !!

Estadia razoável. Hotel antigo com mobilia antiga. Atendimento no balcão com longa espera, pois não encontravam minha reserva.

O hotel parou da década de 90. O quarto tem um mobiliário estranho e a academia tem aparelhos muito velhos e mal conservados. Reservamos por ser um hotel de rede e esperávamos a mesma qualidade apresentada em um Mercure em geral

Ótima localização.. ótimo café da manhã … falta manutenção nos quartos principalmente nos banheiros uma bela reforma seria viável …

Hotel antigo, mas bem conservado. No dia estava chovendo, muito barulho devido a telha de zinco que está logo após a janela. O bidê do banheiro deveria ser trocado por uma duchinha higiênica. Bom café da manhã. A piscina parecia desativada. Cobram estacionamento. Boa localização.

Fui fazer uso de uma taça para beber agua. e existia resíduo parecido a um pó (medicamento) descarteu, por incrível que pareça fui usar a caneca, para o mesmo uso, e sobre nadou a agua que também pareceu sujeira. Informei a recepção e deixei fotos lá do ocorrido.

Excelente hotel. Localizacao perfeita. Precisa de algumas melhorias (isolamento do quarto pela retirada dos ar condicionados de parede) mas ainda esta otimo.
