I stay here every week and always have to ask for my club membership privileges, not to mention the request on my booking for certain rooms which are never met automaticaly but always get the room on the check-in desk but have ask if they forgot to read?! clearly dont read bookings nor look at the profile of the customer and just see "numbers" rolling in. Apart from checkin process and check in at the desk when i arrive, the staff are brilliant especially the restaurant and breakfast staff, rooms are great, and location perfect for office
