Very nice property and staff.

Location was the main driver and didn’t disappoint. All was good except the lack of air-con, which I would expect in a hotel of this class. I was given a fan but this was of little use. Room size etc was good

The Hotel is in a residential area with few amenities in the area which is fine as long as you are aware.

Nice reception and house keeping when i ask questions and service. Room is comfortable and breakfast is nice

We stayed at the Mercure Ingolstadt over night on the way to Austria. The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Although the restaurant was not open, there is a very good stubl just up the road. The breakfast was very good and plentiful.

Great stuff and a nice breakfast, convenient parking

I was road tripping around Germany and needed a place to crash for the night before my flight out of Munich the next morning. All of the hotels close to the Munich airport were way too expensive for last minute booking, and I found this hotel in the area where I was located. It was reasonably priced and was about 45 mins from the airport, so I stayed the night and was very pleased. 24 hour desk and a super cozy bed and room made my stay perfect. They have a key drop off box in the lobby for a fast checkout for people like me that over sleep and have an early flight :)

Very pleasant stay in a very nice hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. However there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Nice location with a woodland area/ park nearby for an easy walk.

No air conditioning, room very dated. Not a 4 star hotel, maybe 2.5

Spacious, clean and quiet room overlooking a field. Comfortable bed and large desk. Room temperature was fine. Good shower pressure. Nice breakfast with good choice. Room looked a bit tired and old fashioned, but everything was in working order. Kettle, coffee and tea were available in the room but no complimentary bottle of water, which is generally offered in 4-star hotels. Location is outside Ingolstadt, you need a car or take a taxi to go to the centre. I haven't tried the hotel restaurant but that could also be an option. Staff was polite and helpful. I'd recommend this hotel to business travellers staying for a few days.

It is a very nice hotel in quiet surroundings. Verty friendly staff. The restaurant serves great food. If you want to go to the centre of the city there is bus stop close to the hotel. For bus scedule ask in the reception.

This is in an out of town location about 3km from the centre. Don't expect to find anywhere other than the hotel to eat out nearby. That said the hotel restaurant is absolutely excellent, though not cheap. The food and the service was superb. Staff helpful and speak good English.

Hotel rooms are clean and adequate. Bathrooms could be bigger but staff are pleasant and helpful.

One of the better Mecure hotels. Service and Restaurant are good otherwise everything is pretty standard.

stayed for two nights. staff is very friendly. rooms was clean and pretty big. free parking near the hotel entrance - very convenient. good for travelers by car.
