Very clean and comfortable room. Check in was very quick and easy. Best coffee I've had a a hotel. The location was good for us as we were attending a concert in Toronto. Will stay here again.

This is my second visit here, this little gem is on a busy street however it was quiet and were were anle to do what we needed easily

We come here very often to this place, we love our stay, easy to check in,

Nice property and priced right but dirty. Parked onsite to find mattress in dumpster that looks stained with bedbugs. Room itself was ok but sheets were dirty and had not been changed. We stay at the Monte Carlo’s when we’re in Toronto but first time at this location… somewhat disappointed compared to other locations. Also TV did not work for streaming or PPV. When asked the staff just said to go to the channels.

I like every thing

Staff is so helpful and courteous. They assisted all the needs i had. This is the only place i choose to stay when visiting. Clean, sanitized, and comfortable.

Room extremely small. Towels like sandpaper. Breakfast was almost nonexistent. (Hard boiled eggs, toast and muffins. Not even yogurt!

Room 204 needs a good deep clean. The bathroom vents had so much dust it was raining that dust especially noticible as you use the toilet

Staff friendly they offered Taxi to airport for good price room was clean, breakfast was satisfied so I will come back again. I would recommend this hotel.

The rooms are very cramped with furniture with no space to walk which is my biggest complaint. The soap toiletries by the sink were empty. The room wasn't very clean.The breakfast buffet is not great (very minimal fruit). The staff is nice. There is lots of parking space.

It was strictly an okay location. Nothing to write of. Stay was pleasanr, quiet neighbors, restaurants nearby

It is a two-star level hotel, the breakfast is provided, but very limited options and no space for breakfast. It is good for singles who are looking for a place to sleep. The room has no windows thus no fresh air. However, I think one shouldn't complain too much since you got what you paid. If you are travel with a family, i would recommend to pay $50-100 more for an alternative.

Security was lacking in the parking area. Signs clearly stated the hotel was not responsible for theft.Having a vehicle stolen once in Toronto makes me jittery. Perhaps an over reaction but if there was a gate it feels safer. The staff were lovely. The stairwells clean and well lit. The room was great. Good value.
