Small rooms, cheap lighting, bright lights, soap don’t work in bathroom, un comfortable bed, breakfast was below par, super plain room for price

My room was very small. The door could not be fully opened without hitting the bed. The bathroom was tiny and awkwardly shaped. The location was however good for visiting the town and there is onsite parking. Overall OK for an overnight stop but overpriced.

Ibis Beaune Center was a great spot and the pool was so relaxing. It was close to restaurants, sites to explore, and staff were really friendly and helpfuls

Lovely hotel with the added bonus of a pool. Easy walking into Beaune. Secure parking another added bonus.

We only had 2 nights here. The pool is a nice addition in the hot weather. The bar/restaurant is also nice to have, and the breakfast is great. Rooms are comfortable, but have no kettle or coffee-maker. Staff are very friendly and helpful. It's just outside old Beaune center, but an easy walk.

Refurbished smallish rooms, great for a pitstop as close enough to the a6 but in the middle of beautiful beaune

This was a very economical choice for us. Rom was small. Very warm room and someone plowed into our car in carport. Not the most spacious

As expected for Ibis. Clean and friendly staff. Small efficient rooms however disappointed no kettle or coffee maker in the room. Only big disappointment was the noise. The doors slam shut at late hours and we could hear all chair noises from above.

This is our 4-5th visit. This time we had a bad experience that made us rethink if we were ever to come back to this hotel again. The lady who has a Spanish flag on her name badge was rude, cold and bossy, we didn’t feel welcome at all. We always had good experience but this time it’s a massive disappointment.

The room was the smallest ever I have seen in an Ibis. It had a odour about it when we went in, a bit of a smell. The bathroom had a window which was nice, fresh air in the toilet is good and unusual.
