Great hotel, great location, great staff. I had an issue upon arrival and they helped me to iron things out very quickly. I enjoyed my stay. One thing I have to caution is that they don’t have an accurate way to keep track of what you use in the room. When I came down to check out, they told me that I drank more items than I did and I had to let them know that I didn’t. There was no issue, but there needs to be a way to keep track of what customers ate from the bar.

Fantastic hotel. Even the single room feels like a suite. Air conditioning on when you arrive. Bathrobe, slippers and fully stocked mini bar. I will be back.

The hotel has an excellent location, with easy walking to major tourist attractions and a subway. Our room was very clean.

The personel at Hotel Vincci Soma is very friendly and efficient. If is is within their ability they ALWAYS do what is requested of them. As for the Hotel amenities, the sauna is what helps me get over my jet lag instantaneously after my session. HOTEL VINCCI SOMA is where I always stay in Madrid for those reasons.

Great location, clean rooms. Front desk very nice and helpful, not so much the workers in the breakfast room. Breakfast is not a huge selection, but overall good enough

Solicite un cuarto para 2 adultos, al llegar la cama matrimonial eran 2 individuales unidas pero cada una con sus sabanas independientes. Solicite que me las unieran como una sola cama matrimonial y me dijeron que eso no era posible. una cama tenia ruedas y de movia mientras la otra no. Ubicacion muy buena, atencion insatisfecho.

Room clean but very small Staff very nice

Breakfast menu complete with fruits, grains, breads eggs etc. Staff was very helpful with any requests from luggage storage to restaurant recommendations. Kudos to Juan Jose, Diego and the rest of the front desk staff.
