Property needs some major maintenance

Air conditioning not working, wifi so poor could not work on my lap top. Staff friendly and food ok

Best hotel I have stayed in for a long while. Customer service was 10/10 Food Wes excellent, Dinner and Break fast The Best Nachos I have ever had Good value for money . Good location For Wembley Stadium.

I found the hotel to have a very new looking and modern decor. The room was very comfortable. My dinner was tasty and enjoyable. The morning coffee was nice however, the cooked items were over cooked- some were burnt infact. Saddly the hash browns were burnt and inedible... a real shame. The pastrys and fruits were fine and typical for this type of hotel chain. Over all, yes I will stay again and recommend this hotel.

No EV charging despite advertisement. No handwash in room. No air conditioning. Very unexpected for this hotel brand and £150 a night

Took ages to check in. Aircon not working.

Arrived at the property at 1300. The receptionist said she would check to see if my room was ready. It was not. However if I paid an additional £20 it would be ready. Not a great start. We sat in the bar waiting and no one came to tell us when it was ready. Then the room was like a sauna. Opened the windows and turned the radiator off but it was still really hot. Raised this with reception and they said that the air con was switched off across the whole hotel. We could have a fan! Awful stay with really unhelpful staff. I would have rated the staff and service as one star but when we eventually checked in the gentleman was very helpful and attentive.

Always friendly staff when I stay. Lovely breakfasts and a good nights kip.

The staff were friendly and accommodating My only complaint was I was initially given a bedroom with a connecting door to another bedroom. The door meant sounds from the adjoining room could be heard quite clearly from my room. We went to reception to request a room change and this was accommodated

Lovely family friendly property but unfortunately I had the worst nights sleep. This was due to a function but the music was loud and continued until 1:30am waking myself and my daughter up. Disappointing that I had to call down for music to be stopped or turned down. Shouldn’t allow music until that late.

It was an enjoyable stay. Lovely staff and great breakfast.

There was a particular staff at the front desk named Mohammed, he was Always 10/10 in his customer service. Breakfast options were nice. Facility was very nice.

Bedding and towels dirty and wifi slow had to connect to mobile data

Check in great. Food and drink great. But the Pillows were way too soft and no option for more firm pillows. Neither of us got any sleep as it was way too hot in the room.

Had a fantastic time, had a very rough day so the comfortable night sleep went a really long way.

The room was lovely, just that it got too hot as they turn the A/C off

Room key didnt work so had to go all the way back to reception which is frustrating in a big hotel especially with late check in and when tired but stafff handled promptly and well. corridors always dark and hot and my only complaint is that there isnt enough light to work in the rooms if you wish to...
