Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Great breakfast.

The hvac in the room is basic air conditioning and radiators so was freezing when I arrived and then too hot when I adjusted the radiator. Food was below par, dinner was bland and overpriced, breakfast was okay but bacon was a weird fibrous texture and tasted sweet but not of bacon and the continental meat and cheese had clearly been put out more than one day. The staff, the decor and the convenience were all excellent however.

The kids enjoyed the welcome cookies. Staff were friendly. Have a massive lobby with lots of areas to sit and relax. Breakfast was decent with lots of varieties.

Ok hotel, bit dated and room was freezing cold even with heating put up to the max. Bad fitted windows and fire exit right outside door so cold was coming into room. Nice staff and nice communal areas

Was promised our room would be made special for our anniversary after requesting this prior & nothing was done.

Nice large comfortable modern room and nice shower (but why not more hooks to hang up towels, so many hotels are the same, I don't understand!) We didn't need it but midday checkout is good as so many are earlier nowadays. I was going to mark down to 4 stars due to having to pay for their own parking which is really cheeky - but it was only £5 (so seems hardly worthwhile annoying people for that!)

•Spotless room with lots of space •Staff friendly and informative •Breakfast was lovely with a choice of hot and cold foods •Reception was tidy ~Down side was the noise from the main road it sounded as if there was a window open but there wasn’t so it did cause some sleep disturbances but overall apart from that very impressed for our first stay and would stay again but ask to be put in a room that is not facing the main road.

Hotel staff very polite and helpful also very friendly. Our room was very nice, comfortable and very clean. Also the food at the hotel is very nice and reasonably priced, breakfast was excellent and had plenty of choice to choose from. Ideal for getting into London if you don’t want to pay London prices for hotels. Stanmore station is a 10 minute Uber away which costs between £7 and £10. Parking is £5 a day and there are plenty of spaces available. Would I stay again most definitely.
