Just one lift to service all the rooms!

The food in the restaurant was poor, the steak was very gristly, I ordered it with potatoes and it came with chips, how can you make that mistake. When I brought this to their attention, they applied a discount without me asking, however, the discounted figure was still far to much for what I ate. We have been to this hotel previously and the food was good, so not aware to what has changed. My wife and I stayed for 2 nights and the room was not cleaned after the first night, not what you would expect from an IHG hotel.

Bed size for a standard double, well you would need to be a dwarf !

Really comfortable stay breakfast was lovely and staff were really attentive We stayed in a cozy king room and had plenty of room the only thing was needed a thicker duvet but I’m quite a cold person

It was a really lovely hotel within walking distance of restaurants and bars. Would definitely book again.

Convenient location to the downtown area

Booked "standard room, 1 king bed" but these rooms only have queen beds. Made a big difference as we specifically looked for hotels with king beds. It was also a very long walk from reception to the room. Clean and modern though.

A superb hotel! Welcomed by friendly reception staff who couldn’t do enough for us. Room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking and the food was lovely. Would definitely stay again.

My boyfriend and I had a fantastic 12-night stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and kind; they made the check in process easy. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and housekeeping consistently changed the sheets. They had a pool and hot tub that was clean and well-kept. Bonus was that they had times for adults only which allowed for those late-night peaceful swims. On-site restraurant was excellent, offered delicious food with great service. We never got around to using the bar, but it had a chill vibe and was busy. The hotel is also a few minutes away from Solihull Town Centre, we walked there daily to grocery shop and go to the shopping mall. Overall, hotel exceeded our expectations and I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe and relaxing place to stay.

Lovely hotel, clean nice room! Good bar and food, staff were amazing

After reporting an issue with my room, I was instantly upgraded by the very helpful staff. Because of this, I had an excellent sleep in a clean and spacious room. All staff were friendly and food was delicious. The hotel itself is located next to the town, so a 10 minute walk to the shopping centre and various restaurants. If it wasn’t for the upgrade, I would have been quite disappointed with the room I received for the money been paid, so I would definitely recommend paying more for a nicer stay/room. Easy access to the train station which was also a 10 minute walk.

Would have been nice to stay in the same room as told by reception considering I book for 9 people for 3 night

Stayed here for my honeymoon. Absolutely top notch experience and felt special throughout. I’ve never experienced such customer experience before. I was known as “the groom” which felt awfully special.
