The best hotel

Met with family, had. Lovely meal

Really lovely hotel. I stayed with my husband and our two children. The location was convenient as just off the M25, without the noise of the M25 due to the sound proofed rooms! Staff were friendly and helpful. All areas are clean. Plenty of parking - free for guests. Restaurant was very nice with great waiting staff and catered to my gluten and lactose intolerance. They brought my 6 year old’s dinner first, which I appreciated. The room was lovely and spacious, with tea and coffee making facilities. Herbal and fruit teas were also available. As well as hot chocolates, cans of water and biscuits. We had 2 double beds. The mattress was comfortable, though I found the duvet rather hot (maybe polyester?!) and the pillows were not adequate as had a neck/shoulder ache the next day. The rooms are air conditioned but the fan was rather loud, even on the “low” setting. The system did seem quite dated but it did the job ok. The room also came with a sofa, a chair and an accent table, which was clean and modern. And a bin, which had a section for recycling. The bathroom came with ample towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap and shower caps. Generally really happy and would stay there again.

I had a good stay overall—the room was comfortable and the service was friendly. However, I did notice that the bins in the room hadn’t been emptied when I arrived, which was a bit disappointing. Once that was taken care of, everything else went smoothly. I’d consider staying here again, but I hope the attention to detail improves a bit.

Booked the hotel as there was a pool listed on partner site. Pool closed so a disappointment for the kids in family. Recommend partner booking site be updated

Claire - Reception Desk made us feel welcome as soon as we walked through the door, she made my birthday special by taking care of the car park fees and gave me a complimentary gift for my birthday. The surroundings are clean and elegant. The bedroom was very clean, spacious and quiet. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the dinner menu is limited, needs to offer more options for vegans, vegetarians and pescaterians. We ordered cod and chips, the cod was overcooked and saturated in oil, the chips were chunky and dry. My partner ordered the chicken curry and rice, the chicken curry was nice but the rice was hard. The breakfast wasn't great either, I've had better at Premier Inn. The scrambled eggs were bland and too soft, hash browns were overdone, mushrooms weren't fresh. The food lets down the wonderful experience at the hotel. The restaurant staff are helpful and very efficient.

Lovely hotel, unfortunately this is let down by the parking situation. Thieves operate nightly in the car park and the hotel refuses to accept responsibility or improve the situation. I've since cancelled future bookings and won't stay there again until this situation is under control and I can park my vehicle safely. At least 4 other vehicles were hit during my 3 night stay

Lovely stay in a very comfortable hotel. The restaurant was fantastic for a big dinner and then breakfast in the morning. The room was big, so was the bath and the bed! Would definitely stay here again.

Pool was advertised. Does not exist. Still chasing experian to clean this mess up

Nice hotel but disappointed that the swimming pool is no loner in use...

The 1st nights sleep was great, the 2nd night was awful, a loud noise all throughout the night, sounded like a hoover, other people on my floor were opening there doors to see if they could see anything. Called reception a number of times re this, from 1am onwards, no answer! Mentioned this to reception in the morning and they said they did not know anything about this

Great stay at the Delta. Staff were really helpful and my room met expectations and was spacious, clean and comfortable. I will be returning here on my next visit to the area.

Very comfortable ring and bed. Bar didn’t work, rooms slightly dated but comfortable.

Great hotel, really quiet area Says soundproofed rooms but they definitely aren’t. Bed super comfy! Bathroom a little tired looking though but I would 100% stay there again

Good facilities, great staff. Room cleanliness & size was excellent. Gym needs revamping & upkeep.
