They were incredibly accommodating and allowed me to have a 1:00pm check out without additional charge. Had a great time there. Safe environment and very clean. They also upgraded our room complimentary! Very grateful Donavan was great.

Nice place to stay. At some point may need a renovation, don’t get me wrong, is very clean and shiny, but you can tell that is old enough to need some care.

Check-in was good. Room looked clean when we got in. Bed was not the best in terms of cleanliness. Found a sock from previous guest left in the bed as well as stains on the bed sheets.. But other then that it was a decent place

The hotel is very nice and cleanly. The staff are also very pleasant. The area is a little dull but it should not take away anything from the quality of the hotel.

This was a perfect location and hotel to travel to Brock University. So convenient. Staff in dining room were very friendly

Worst night ever in a hotel. Facility/building is fine, but management needs to have control of the hotel. There was a big teen convention of sone sort happening. They were all over the common areas of the lobby and denyral staircase and appeared to be doing group activities in common areas rather than dedicated conference rooms. Noise levels were consistently high and reverberated through the entire hotel due to the open lobby and hallways leading to central area. The ruckus was still going at 12:30AM when i went out to the hallway to confront one group of teens. They were clueless on the amount of noise and clearly there was no adult supervision. We had to have security shut down the gatherings which eventually resulted in some quiet after 1am. Management should have acted 3 hours earlier, but did nothing on their own Many junior athletic teams use this hotel because of proximity to sports complexes, but our team will have a rough tournament with no sleep. Whoever was on duty as manager on the night of friday november 29, 2024 should be fired or needs immediate remediation.

I have stayed here about 4 years ago and liked the property. However this time I found my room to be in a bit of disrepair, chipped floors, chipped paint on corners and doors. Lamps not plugged in. While I was still comfortable in the room it just felt like the hotel is getting due for a reno. The thing that I really didn’t like was waiting for my 100$ deposit to be returned because a hotel employee had to go inspect the room. I have never had this happen at any hotel I have visited. I certainly didn’t feel like a valued customer.
