Lovely hotel. Staff couldn’t do enough for you from reception to bar & breakfast staff. Very friendly & good vibe.

Lovely hotel and staff very friendly

A nice room and large bed meant a good nights sleep. Shower was lovely and pressure was good.

Our stay was amazing. Room was well equipped and spacious. Air con was great. Bathroom was good. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Food and drinks in the restaurant were delicious. Swimming pool abe spa area was relaxing. Overall 10/10.

Really warm welcome from the lady on Reception and the VIK token was a lovely touch for our boys. Room clean and spacious. Would stay again

Swimming pool was nice

Hotel is always lovely, altho not all our beds were made up on arrival and we had to wait to get it made up, then after being out all day the next day we came back to the room had not been serviced no clean towels nothing ( we overheard the covering ladies complaining that they shouldn’t be doing this sh**”) clearly the were covering for the actual cleaner because that lady was awesome (She actually cleaned our room and restocked what was needed and removed the bin that was stocked with toddler nappies! )

Really lovely stay. So child friendly, we all felt very welcome. Food was great, beds so comfortable. Loved having the pool access. Staff amazingly friendly and approachable. 10/10 for our family of 5.

Booked for one night while attending a concert at the Arena. Clean comfortable room which could do with a little TLC, but a very comfortable bed. Had food in the bar which was good if not a little expensive, breakfast was good and well organised. We will stay here again on any subsequent visits to the Arena. A little note, the postcode took us about a mile in the wrong direction but we soon found our way.

Great room friendly and helpful staff, we arrived early and they booked us in and stored our luggage and clothes, all were in our room with the clothes hung up in the wardrobe for us. So glad we paid for a good hotel.

Great stay as always

We travelled as a family with a 7 year old and a 2 year old. The room was very spacious. There were a sofa, a coffee table, a table and four chairs too. It was ideal for down time. The room was very clean but a bit outdated. The team at the hotel was superb. Every team members were friendly, smiley and nothing was too much trouble. The dining room has a kid corner which is really handy. The food was really nice.

Nice all round and lovely breakfast.

Myself and 2 children stayed for 2 nights. Perfect for what we needed only thing I found the car park a little tight especially as we came back after 8pm both nights

Stay was fine. Check in went well. Elevator not working from ground.

Staff were excellent - pool and facilities were brilliant. Breakfast was a good spread and nice area for kids
